Consommer bio est l’assurance d’éviter les composants sans réel intérêt pour la peau voire douteux sur le plan toxicologique et
nocifs pour la santé (allergisants, irritants, cancérigènes). C’est l’assurance de n’utiliser que des produits formulés avec des
matières premières naturelles aux multiples vertus, riches en vitamines, minéraux, acides gras essentiels... La Cosmétologie
Biologique s’appuie sur les richesses naturelles dont les qualités sont connues et reconnues, et ne laisse aucune place aux actifs
synthétiques « révolutionnaires » dont on ne connaît pas, ou peu, les effets à long terme.

La Cosmétique Bio offre la garantie d’un mode de production qui préserve l’environnement. Les ingrédients biologiques utilisés
sont issus d’une agriculture qui exclut tout emploi de pesticide, désherbant, engrais chimique ou OGM et sont obtenus par des
procédés de transformation simples et non polluants (pression à froid, macération, entraînement à la vapeur d’eau…). De plus,
pour respecter la nature et le monde animal, les substances difficilement biodégradables sont interdites et aucun produit n’est
testé sur les animaux.

Consuming organic is the guarantee of avoiding components with no real interest for the skin and that are indeed questionable on a
toxicological level and harmful to your health (allergenic, irritant, cancerigenic). It is the assurance of using only products formulated
with natural raw materials with a number of virtues, rich in vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids… Organic Beauty Care relies on
natural resources whose qualities are known and recognized, and which leave no room for synthetic «revolutionary» active ingredients
whose long-term effects are not known.

Organic Beauty Care offers the guarantee of a method of production that protects the environment. Organic ingredients used come
from agriculture which excludes any use of pesticide, week-killer, chemical fertiliser or GMO and are obtained by simple, non-polluting
transformation procedures (cold pressing, maceration, steaming…). Furthermore, to respect nature and the animal world, substances
that are difficultly biodegradable are forbidden and no product is animal tested.
L’entreprise Cattier a été créée en 1968 par Pierre Cattier, un des instigateurs du courant harmoniste.
Très attaché aux médecines douces, il s’est intéressé au développement de produits à base d’argile,
tant à caractère médical que cosmétique. Visionnaire, il a initié nombre de ses contemporains à l’emploi
d’ingrédients simples et naturels.
Dès les années 80, l’arrivée du nouveau dirigeant, un pharmacien-cosmétologue spécialiste de la
cosmétologie naturelle, insuffle un nouvel essor à l’entreprise. Tout en perpétuant la philosophie des
fondateurs, il donne au laboratoire une nouvelle orientation, celle de la Cosmétique Ecologique et
Biologique. En rejoignant l’association Cosmebio, Cattier devient l’un des pionniers du marché des
Cosmétiques Bio. De nouveaux produits sont alors développés dans le souci de répondre aux attentes
du consommateur en lui apportant des produits efficaces, sains et respectueux de l’environnement.
Depuis sa création, le Laboratoire de Cosmétologie Naturelle Cattier met tout son savoir-faire et son
expertise au service de la beauté et du bien-être de chacun. Respectueux de l’environnement et
désireux de faire pleinement profiter le consommateur des multiples bienfaits de la nature, sans jamais
lui nuire, le Laboratoire Cattier a conçu une gamme de produits de Beauté, d’Hygiène et de Soin certifiée
bio, naturelle, agréable, douce et efficace.
Cattier was founded in 1968 by Pierre Cattier, one of the initiators of the Harmonist movement.
Fascinated by alternative medicine, he became involved in the development of clay-based products,
both for medical and for cosmetic use. He was a visionary who taught many of his contemporaries to
use simple and natural ingredients.
From the 80s, the arrival of a new CEO, a pharmacist and cosmetologist specialised in natural
cosmetology, gave the company new impetus. While continuing to apply the philosophy of the
founders, he steered the laboratory a new direction, targeting Ecological and Organic Cosmetics. In
joining the Cosmebio association Cattier becomes one of the pioneers on the market of organic
cosmetics. New products are developed with a view to meeting the demands of the customers by
providing effective cares that are both healthy and respectful of the environment.
Since its creation, the Cattier Laboratory of Natural Cosmetology has placed its considerable know-how
and expertise in service of beauty and well-being. Environmentally friendly and wishing to share with
consumers the multiple benefits of Nature, without harming it, Cattier Laboratory has designed a range
of organically certified Beauty, Hygiene and Care products that are natural, gentle, pleasant and

In order to respond to the specific characteristics
of the male epidermis, the Cattier Laboratory
has developed an organically certified range of
products which are pleasant to use and
effective, formulated essentially from one main
ingredient: Spicy Cocoa, which energizes and
protects.
The products are fluid, light and soothing with
purifying, revitalising and protecting formulas,
especially adapted to men’s needs, wishes,
and expectations.

L’épiderme masculin a donc particulièrement
besoin d’être assaini, revitalisé, apaisé et protégé.
Les produits pour Homme Cattier apportent la
réponse naturelle aux besoins quotidiens de la
peau masculine.
Men’s skin is thicker and firmer than that of
women, and is between 15 and 24% more
resistant. Acid, and much more oily, especially
on the median zone of the face (nose, forehead
and chin) masculine skin, whose pores are
more dilated encourages the bacteria which are
the cause of small skin imperfections. Signs of
fatigue are more visible in men whose skin is,
even more, weakened through daily shaving.
The masculine epidermis, therefore, has a real need
to be cleansed, revitalised, soothed and protected.

résistante. Acide et beaucoup plus grasse,
notamment sur les zones médianes du visage
(nez, front, menton), la peau masculine, dont les

aux bactéries à l’origine des petites imperfections cutanées. Les signes de fatigue sont plus
