Sean is an associate in the firm's Business Law Group. Sean's
practice focuses on corporate law and transactional matters
including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing
and a wide range of commercial matters. Sean also advises
financial institutions with regard to banking regulatory and
consumer protection matters.

Sean joined McMillan as a summer student in 2011 and
completed his articles with the firm in 2013. While attending law
school, Sean volunteered on the Faculty Board Curriculum
Committee and Alumni Relations Committee, as the Ontario Bar
Association's Law School Student Ambassador, and as Co-Chair
of the Corporate Law and Investment Club.
