Becky is a member of the business law group in the firm's
Vancouver office. Her practice is predominantly focused on
corporate/commercial matters, including private mergers and
acquisitions, preparation of agreements, and reorganizations and
restructurings. In addition, she has experience assisting clients
with matters relating to corporate governance and compliance.

was called to the Bar in 2015.
