les ancrages, la sismique, les micropieux, la reconnaissance
géologique, le boulonnage des parois, le minage lorsque le
diamètre de trou et les procédures sont soumises à des
contraintes environnementales.
The dominator 1’’ is designed for drilling applications where
small diameter and fast penetration rates are required such as
ground anchors, seismic and geological surveying, micro piling,
wall and roof bolting or for blast holes where size and blasting
procedure are limited due to environmental constraints.

A special 10 splines Halco shank with large bearing area
provides accurate bit alignment with excellent support. This

Le design spécial de la tête du marteau avec son distributeur
d’air intégré font du Dominator 1’’ le marteau le plus facile

A specially designed top adaptator air distributor and an
integrated bit guide bush/chuck with only 5 internal parts makes
the Dominator 1’’ the easiest hammer in its class to service.
Une entretoise, placée entre le porte outil et le cylindre,

A chuck spacer ring is fitted between the chuck and hardened
cylinder wich eases dismantling. The Dominator 1” can be
easily serviced with a few simple tools.

Il fonctionne à une pression optimale d’air entre 14 et 24 bars.
Le marteau DART 350 permet d’atteindre des performances
supérieures de 25% par rapport aux autres marteaux
conventionnels de la gamme 3’’. Il est conçu pour travailler
à faible pression bien que pouvant couvrir la gamme de 7
à 24 bars. Les outils du DART 350 vont de 90 mm à 104 mm.

DOMINATOR 350 HAMMER is a high performance hammer
for hard to medium-hard rock conditions. Operate at an
optimum air pressure between 14-24 bar (200-350 psi).
DART 350 HAMMER with up to 25% increase in performance
compared to conventionnal 3” hammers. Particularly suitable
for low pressure operation although capable of working
between 7-24 bar (100-350 psi). Drilling diameters 90-104 mm
(3.1/2”-4.3/32”).

DART 400 has a higher air consumption, therefore it is
particularly suitable for low pressure operation.

The new HALCO NT4 hammer’s improved performance
ensures that any drilling project undertaken gets done in
a fraction of the time, resulting in cost savings to the
contractor. The reduction in overall make up length
provides a more compact hammer that is easier to
handle. A higher air pressure the NT4 hammer makes
easy going of even the hardest of rock structures.

réversible prolongeant sa durée de vie.
Lorsque les économies d’opération et de
maintenance sont au moins aussi
importantes que la vitesse de pénétration, le
MACH 50 est le marteau préféré pour les
forages de 127 mm dans des conditions très
abrasives en raison de son cylindre de petit
diamètre. L’espace annulaire augmente la
vélocité de remontée des débris de roche et
diminue d’autant l’usure du cylindre et du

cylinder to prolong hammer life. Where
economy of operation and maintenance
costs are equally as important as
penetration speed, the MACH 50 is the
preferred hammer when drilling 127 mm
(5”) dia. holes in very abrasive conditions,
due to its smaller outside diameter. The
increased annulus provides marginally
lower up hole velocity and reduced wear to
the cylinder and chuck.

The NT5 HD combines all the features and benefits of the
NT5 however it has an increased outer diameter of 126
mm to give extended service life in abrasive conditions.

HSA440 to suit HALCO DOMINATOR 400 hammer / HSA44 to suit MACH44 hammer
Cette gamme d’absorbeurs de chocs est proposée pour convertir un marteau HALCO 4” lorsqu’il est utilisé sur
une machine de forage légère nécéssitant la protection de la tête de rotation contre les impacts. Cet absorbeur
de chocs remplace le raccord supérieur du marteau.
This range of Shock Absorbers is offered to convert HALCO 4” hammers when used on lightweight drill rigs where
the use of a Shock Absorber would be beneficial to protect the rotary head from impact. The Shock Absorber is fitted by dismounting the Top Adaptator from the relevant hammer.

Appareil de lubrification
Lu b r i f i c a t o r
DATC propose une gamme complète d’appareil de lubrification
pour se monter sur toute machines de forage.
DATC offers a range of lubricators to fit drill rigs.
MODE D’EMPLOI - MISE EN SERVICE
1. Verser le lubridfiant dans l’appareil et contrôler le niveau à l’aide de la
jauge.
2. Vidanger l’eau de condensation du compresseur avant de raccorder
l’appareil.
3. Fermer les robinets.
4. Fermer le robinet de dosage (position zéro).
5.Raccorder le tuyau du compresseur et les outils pneumatiques au
lubrificateur.
6. Ouvrir le robinet n°1 (arrivée d’air du compresseur).
7. Ouvrir le robinet n°2 (sortie d’air de l’appareil pour raccordement aux
outils pneumatiques).
DOSAGE
8. La rotation du levier de dosage dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
d’une montre augmente la quantité d’huile injectée. Il doit être réglé
selon la taille et l’état des outils.
9. En présence d’outils pneumatiques fortement encrassés et/ou grippés
(sans défauts mécaniques), mettre le levier de dosage en position
“Nettoyage”, pour que le passage d’huile soit assez fort pour dissoudre
les résidus et pour permettre un fonctionnement impeccable.
10. Le temps d’apparation du brouillard d’huile à l’outil dépend de la
longueur du tuyau. Régler le dosage de façon à ce qu’un écoulement
d’huile puisse être constaté à la sortie. A chaque changement de type de
marteau, vérifier à nouveau le dosage.
MISE EN SERVICE
11 a) Fermer le robinet n°1 (arrivée d’air à l’appareil).
11 b) Maintenir l’outil en marche jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait plus d’air en
sortie.
11 c) Débrancher les tuyaux des outils.
11 d) Fermer le robinet n°2 de l’appareil dès qu’il n’y a plus d’air.
IMPORTANT
12. La pression de service est indiquée sur chaque appareil.
13. Pour supprimer toute accumulation d’huile intempestive dans le
tuyau, éviter les noeuds et les boucles. Des tuyaux déployés
garantissent un graissage optimal.
14. Si le lieu de travail se trouve par exemple à 5 mètres au-dessus du
compresseur, l’appareil doit être placé à la même hauteur que les outils.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION - STARTING
1. Fill the lubricant and check if there still enough oil in the device.
2. Prior to connecting to device - drain condensed water at the
compressor.
3. Close levers.
4. Close dosage-lever and put it on position “zero”.
5. Connect the hose from the compressor and from the pneumatic tools
to the lubricator.
6. Open lever n°1 (compressed air supply from compressor).
7. open lever n°2 (compressed air supply from device to pneumatic tool).
DOSAGE
8. The more the lever is opened counter clockwise - the stronger
becomes the dosage. The dosage has to be regulated according to the
size and the conditions of the tools.
9. In case of very dirty and/or rusty pneumatic tools (without any
mechanical defects), open dosage-lever so far towards “Cleaning” until
the oil-outflow becomes that strong that the dirt sediments are flushed
away, and the tool operates again smoothly.
10. The time required for the oil-mist to come out of the tool is
determined by the length of the hose. Then regulate the dosage in such
a way that only a slight oil-outflow is noticeable at the tool.
HOW TO SHUT OFF
11 a) Close lever n°1 at device (compressed air supply).
11 b) Keep the operation - until more air is coming out.
11 c) Disconnect all hoses.
11 d) Close lever n°2 at device, as soon as there is no more air coming
out.
IMPORTANT
12. The operating pressure is indicated on each device.
13. Let the hose stretched out on the ground (avoid entanglements), so
that no oil collects within the hose. Stretched out hoses guarantee that
the oil reaches the device quickly.
14. If the working-area is located at a level 5 m above the compressor,
the device has to be placed and connected at the same level.
DO NOT OPEN OILER WHILE UNDER PRESSURE!
