Recruitment process
Le processus de recrutement comporte 2 étapes. Tout
d’abord, un premier entretien de motivation a lieu
avec la Responsable RH. Dans un second temps, le
candidat rencontre un représentant de la Direction.
There are 2 steps in the recruitment process. First, an
initial job interview is held with the Head of Human
Resources. Then, the candidate meets with a
management representative.
Notre démarche cherche à valider le profil tant d’un
point de vue technique que d’un point de vue humain.
Nous cherchons avant tout à identifier la motivation
du candidat par rapport à notre métier.
This process is designed to assess the candidate’s
suitability for the job both in human and technical
terms. Above all, we try to understand the candidate’s
motivations regarding our business.
Le processus s'étale sur une période allant de 3
semaines à 2 mois.
The whole recruitment process can take from 3 weeks
to 2 months.
Les candidats sont systématiquement informés de

Experienced Project Planner/Scheduler: Man/Woman
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un
Ingénieur Planificateur Confirmé.
As part of our growth strategy, we are recruiting an
Experienced Planning/Scheduling Engineer.
Rattaché directement au Directeur de Pôle, vous
aurez la charge de l’aspect amont des chantiers
d’assistance des maîtres d’ouvrages, maîtres d’œuvre
ou Entreprises, de grands projets en phase d’Etudes
et/ou de Travaux et vous serez l’acteur et le référent
des actions inhérentes à la planification de chantiers :
- élaboration de plannings directeurs, détaillés ou
d’exécution,
- Rédaction des notes de chantier,
- la mise à jour d\'indicateurs de suivi (avancement
physique, jalons clé),
- reporting d\'avancement des opérations de
conception et construction.
Directly reporting to the Department Head, you will
be responsible for the preliminary phases of projects
of representation and technical advice of contracting
owners, project managers or companies, for the
design and/or construction phase of major projects.
You will also be the actor and the referent for actions
relating to the project scheduling:
- setting up of detailed or design master schedules,
- drawing up of construction site documentation,
- updating of progress indicators (physical progress,
key milestones),
- reporting of the progress of the project design and
construction.
Diplômé INGENIEUR (ou équivalent bac +5) en
Bâtiment/Travaux Publics/Génie Civil (impératif), vous
avez acquis une expertise de ce métier de
planification de grands projets de construction (> 50
M€).
Vous avez de très bonnes capacités d\'écoute,
d’autonomie, d’analyse et une grande rigueur.
Vous maîtrisez un outil de planification (type
Microsoft Project ou Primavera).
Qualified ENGINEER diploma (or a degree-equivalent
diploma) in Construction/Civil Engineering
(imperative). You have acquired expertise in planning
working on major construction projects
(> 50 million €).
You have excellent listening and analytical skills. You
are independent and rigorous.
You master a project management tool (such as
Microsoft Project or Primavera).

Pilotes de Chantier Confirmés.
Rattaché(e)s au Directeur de Pôle, vous aurez la
charge du chantier de construction en phase de
réalisation. Vous devrez assurer la relation avec le
maître d\'ouvrage, organiser et coordonner tous les
intervenants TCE sur le chantier.
En tant que Pilote du Projet, vous devrez veiller au
respect par chacun des délais, des coûts et de la
qualité.
As part of our growth strategy, we are recruiting 3
Experienced Project Managers.
Directly reporting to the Department Head, you will
be responsible for the construction phase of projects.
You will have to interact with contracting owners,
organize and coordinate all project members on the
construction site. As a Project Manager, you will have
to ensure schedule adherence and cost and quality
compliance.
Diplômé(e) INGENIEUR (ou équivalent MASTER 2) en
Bâtiment/Travaux Publics/Génie Civil (impératif), vous
avez acquis l\'expertise du métier de planification,
d\'ordonnancement de chantiers de Bâtiments et
idéalement d\'ouvrages linéaires au moins depuis 3 à
5 ans minimum.
Qualified ENGINEER diploma (or a degree-equivalent
diploma) in Construction/Civil Engineering
(imperative). You have acquired expertise in planning,
scheduling of building construction sites and ideally of
linear structures for at least 3 to 5 years.
Doté d\'une belle force de caractère, vous avez
néanmoins de très bonnes qualités relationnelles, tant
d\'écoute que de sens du dialogue et du management,
indispensable dans votre rôle de coordination et
d\'animation de réunions. Habitué à gérer avec
méthode et pugnacité les problèmes, vous savez en
toutes circonstances résister à la pression. Votre
autorité naturelle assise sur une expertise métier
pointue, vous permettra d\'être reconnu comme un
acteur principal du projet.

RESPONSABILITES Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Pôle,
vous aurez comme principales missions de :
En phase d’assistance à la passation des contrats de
travaux :
- Elaboration du calendrier de préparation des
dossiers de consultation et de jugement des offres des
entreprises.
- Contrôle du respect calendaire, relances nécessaires
et propositions correctives.
- en liaison avec le « coordonateur santé-sécurité »,
mise au point de l’organisation générale du chantier.
En phase de préparation de chantier :
1/ Organisation générale :
- recenser le rôle et les responsabilités des
intervenants, établissement de l’organigramme
fonctionnel.
2/ Coordination temporelle des études d’exécution :
- Etude, élaboration et pilotage du circuit des
documents et plans
- élaboration calendaire détaillée des études
d’exécution, en contrôle le respect, relances si
nécessaires.
- S’assurer de la remise des documents techniques
- établissement des rapports périodiques
d’avancement des études.
3/ Planification des travaux :
- Etablissement et proposition calendaire des 1ers
travaux
- Analyse de l’ensemble des documents et pièces des
marchés
- Enquête technique auprès des entreprises
- proposition de l’ordonnancement du déroulement
de l’opération
- Elaboration et édition du calendrier général des
travaux et des calendriers plus détaillés par zone et
par corps d’état.
- Etablissement des calendriers opérationnels à
l’usage du chantier

Assistance in contract award:
- Designing the schedule for drawing up tender
documentation and analysing bids.
- Ensuring schedule adherence, necessary expediting
and corrective actions.
- In contact with the “health and safety coordinator”,
setting up the general organization of the project.
Project design:
1/ Job planning:
- Identifying the job and responsibilities of each
project member, developing the organization
breakdown structure.
2/ Scheduling of detailed design studies:
- Analysing, establishing and managing the flow of
documents and drawings.
- Drawing up detailed schedule of detailed design
studies, ensuring schedule adherence, expediting if
needed.
- Ensuring delivery of technical documentation
- Drawing up progress report of design studies.
3/ Construction planning
- Drawing up first work schedule.
- Analysing documentation and contract documents.
- Technical inquiry of companies.
- Designing construction progress schedule.
- Drawing up and publishing the construction site
programme and more detailed schedules based on
areas or building trades.
- Drawing up operational schedules for the
construction site.
Performance of construction contracts:
1/ General organization
- Interacting with all project members.
- Assisting and managing the construction-site
organization and the business-to-business
relationships.
- Maintien une liaison générale avec tous les
intervenants
- Assiste et veille au suivi de l’organisation du chantier
et des relations inter-entreprises
- Participation aux réunions de chantier, CR et
diffusion
2/ Contrôle des délais et planification
complémentaire :
- veille à la prise de décisions du Maître d’Ouvrage et
des intervenants de la Maîtrise d’œuvre,
déclenchement de l’intervention des entreprises et
confirmation des dates de début et de fin de tâche et
veille au respect des moyens prévus
- contrôle périodique des calendriers et mise à jour,
recensement des écarts constatés et détermination
des origines
- assure le pointage des approvisionnements critiques
sur le chantier
- Elaboration d’un rapport mensuel synthétique de
bilan et de propositions
En phase d’assistance lors des opérations de réception
et des essais :
- Elaboration du calendrier détaillée des opérations
- participation à l’organisation des opérations
préalables à la réception
- Suivi des opérations de démontage des installations
et de remise en état des lieux
- Elaboration du rapport de fin de chantier
- Participation à la visite de réception de l’ouvrage
