Six petit dejenuer - breakfasts - of unctuous local yogurts, butter, honey, fresh fruit, confitures, croissants and baguettes. - enjoying a nightly aperitif - a gourmet dinner every night - enjoy Sunday’s traditional long lunch - sipping wine with dinner - visiting a local fromagerie or charcuterie artisan - weather permitting, walking in King Henri’s Forest and to Chateau Poudenas - dining at our favorite local restaurants - visiting the Market in Mezin and Lavardac DAY ONE Arrival, Exploring and Aperitifs Tasting After your arrival at the train station you will either drive or be met by your host who will take you to your home for the next few days, the beautiful and charming La Belle de la Gasconne in the small village of Poudenas. If you come with your own car you will be sent directions to come directly to the millhouse. Settling in. After a walk through the village, you'll return for an aperitif tasting at the millhouse. Each night we’ll try a different delicious regional aperitif.
