I distanziali PGS racing vengono ricavati da barre d'alluminio di ottima qualità e vengono lavorati con macchinari CNC ad
altissima precisione. Questo articolo ha una tolleranza di parallelismo di ±0,01 mm. I nostri distanziali vengono alleggeriti grazie ad
una particolare lavorazione meccanica. I nostri distanziali sono specifici per ogni modello di quad. Grazie alla bulloneria da noi fornita
i distanziali si installano molto semplicemente. Un kit di distanziali include 2 distanziali e 8 bulloni.
We produce our wheel spacers from top quality aluminium bars and we use machines with computerized numerical control
(CNC). This article has a parallelism tollerance of ±0,01. PGS racing wheel spacers are lightened thanks to a special machining. Our
wheel spacers are specific for each model of ATV. Thanks to our bolts you can install the wheel spacers quickly. A kit of wheel
spacers includes 2 wheel spacers and 8 bolts.
Nous produisons les élargisseurs de voies avec des barres en aluminium de bonne qualité. Ils sont fabriqués par machineoutil à commande numérique. Cet article a une tolérance de parallélisme de ±0,01. Les élargisseurs de voie PGS racing sont allégés
grâce à un usinage special. Nos élargisseurs de voies sont spécifiques pour chaque modèle de quad et vous pouvez les monter très

Triangles avec carrossage et chasse reglables
I bracci sospensione PGS racing sono fatti in acciaio speciale MADE IN ITALY e vengono sottoposti ad un trattamento di
termoverniciatura a polvere. Un kit bracci sospensione include: 2 bracci inferiori (dimensione tubo 25x2mm) montati su gabbie a rulli
in acciaio su acciaio complete di parapolvere, 2 bracci superiori (dimensione tubo 22x1,5mm) con due snodi in acciaio con
protezione in neoprene, 2 tiranti sterzo in alluminio e 4 snodi.
PGS racing a-arms are made of special steel MADE IN ITALY. We paint the arms with hot powder coating. A kit of arms includes
2 lower a-arms (pipe size 25x2mm) assembled on steel cages complete with dust cover, 2 upper a-arms (pipe size 22x1,5 mm) with
2 uniball with neoprene cover, 2 aluminium steering rods and 4 ball joints.
Les triangles PGS racing sont fait dans un alliage d'acier special MADE IN ITALY. Ils sont peints à haute température. Un kit de

The new RACING steering stems are tilted forward of 15 mm to improve the driving position.

ORDINAZIONI
Tutti gli ordini si intendono ricevuti "salvo approvazione". I
prezzi del nostro listino si intendono per merce resa franco
nostra fabbrica.
SPEDIZIONI
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente,
anche se spedita per accordi tra le parti, franco destino.
Nulla può esserci imputato per eventuali ritardi delle
spedizioni dopo la consegna della merce al vettore. In
mancanza di precisi accordi le spedizioni saranno
effettuate con il mezzo da noi ritenuto più conveniente.
CONSEGNE
I ritardi o le mancate consegne dei materiali
eventualmente non disponibili nei nostri magazzini, non
daranno diritto alle risoluzioni del contratto e non potranno
costituire in nessun caso titolo di risarcimento dei danni.
SOSPENSIONE DEGLI ORDINI
Il mancato pagamento, anche parziale di fatture scadute,
ci dà la facoltà di annullare qualsiasi contratto in corso,
senza pregiudizio di ogni nostra azione e diritto e senza
obbligo di rifusione dei danni.

appearing in price list are normally quoted ex works. All
prices include only the goods and are subject to shipping
and handling costs.
SHIPPING
ZF Srl cannot be held responsible for loss or damage
connected with the delivery of the goods. It is not
responsible for any delivery delays once the goods have
been consigned to the carrier. In the absence of a precise
agreement the goods will be sent by the carrier it considers
most suitable
DELIVERIES
Delays in delivery or failure to deliver goods witch are not
available in stock do not lead to cancellations of contacts
and they can not constitute in any circumstance grounds
for payment of damages.
SUSPENSION OF ORDERS
Failure to pay overdue invoices, even in part, gives us the
right to cancel any contract in course, without prejudice to
us regards any actions or right and without any obligation
to pay compensation for damage.
RECLAMI
COMPLAINTS
La denuncia dei difetti, manomissioni, avarizie, vizi dovrà
pervenirci a mezzo raccomandata entro il termine massimo
di 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, trascorso il quale il
Cliente decade da ogni diritto di contestazione.
We must receive the notification of imperfections,
pilferages, damages or defects by registered letter within a
maximum of 8 days from the delivery of the goods. After 8
days customer loses the right to file a complain.
GARANZIA
La garanzia per vizi è limitata ai soli difetti dei prodotti
conseguenti a difetti di materiali o di costruzione e non si
applica nel caso in cui il compratore non provi di aver
effettuato un corretto uso e conservazione dei prodotti. La
garanzia ha una durata limitata a tre mesi decorrenti dalla
data di consegna ed è subordinata alla regolare denuncia
effettuata dal compratore, e dal fatto che la merce
contestata ci sia resa franco di porto al nostro stabilimento
presso la sede operativa. La garanzia si limita a nostra
scelta, alla sola sostituzione e riparazione dei prodotti da
noi riconosciuti difettosi. La garanzia qui pattuita è
assorbente delle garanzie legali per vizi e difformità ed
esclude ogni possibile responsabilità del venditore
comunque originata dai prodotti forniti; in particolare il
compratore non potrà avanzare altre richieste di
risarcimento del danno, di riduzione del prezzo o di
risoluzione del contratto. Decorsa la durata della garanzia
nessuna pretesa potrà essere fatta valere nei confronti del
venditore.
WARRANTY

I ritorni della merce devono essere autorizzati ed in ogni
caso in porto franco.
The guarantee against defect is limited to only defect of
products deriving from imperfections in material or in
construction. There is no guarantee if the purchaser can
not prove he has used and stored the products correctly.
The guarantee is valid for 3 months from the date of
delivery and is subject to the submission of a formal claim
put in by the purchaser, and to the goods, object of the
claim, being returned free of carriage to our works at our
warehouse location. Under the guarantee we can choose
either to replace or repair the products we admit to be
faulty. The guarantee stipulated here covers all legal
guarantees for defect or dissimilarity and excludes the
seller for any liability deriving in any way from the goods
supplied; in particular the purchase cannot claim
compensation for damages, reduction in price or
cancellation of the contract. After the expiration of the
guarantee no claim can be made against the vendor.
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION
The return of goods must be autorized and in every case
made carriage free.

alla nostra amministrazione presso la sede legale.
Eventuali ritardi ci danno diritto ad addebitare gli interessi
in ragione del tasso ufficiale di sconto aumentati di 5 punti.
Le condizioni suddette si intendono accettate con il solo
fatto del ritiro dei materiali e della relativa fattura. Per ogni
controversia è esclusivamente competente il foro del
venditore, questi avrà tuttavia facoltà di agire presso il foro
dell'acquirente. Gli articoli PGS racing non sono originali ma
perfettamente intercambiabili.
Payments must be executed within the terms of the
contract to our administration at our legal location. Any
delay entitles us to charge interest at the official bank rate
plus 5 points. The aforesaid conditions are considered as
accepted on taking delivery of goods and the relative
invoice. The only competent Court for any dispute is that of
the vendor, who, however, reserves the right to take legal
action in the pourchaser's Court. PGS racing products are
not original but are perfectly interchangeable.

LIVRAISON
Les retards ou les livraisons manquées de la marchandise

RECLAMATION
Le dénonciation des défauts et violations, pannes et fautes
doivent nous parvenir avec une lettre recommandée au
plus tard huit jours après la réception de la marchandise.
Après ces huit jours le client n'a plus aucun droit de
contestation.
GARANTIE
La garantie pour défaut est limitée seulement aux défauts
des produits qui dérivent du défaut du matériel ou de la
construction et elle ne s'applique pas si l'acheteur ne
démontre pas d'avoir eu une utilisation et conservation
correcte des produits. La garantie est valide pour trois mois
à partir de la date de livraison et elle est soumise à una
régulière contestation fait par l'acheteur et à la restitution
de la marchandise contestée sans frais du transport à
notre siége. Sous garantie nous pouvons décider si nous
pouvons rèparer les produits que nous considérons

En cas de litiges sera compétente seulement le tribunal de
commerce de Vicenza.
