Burgundy Blackcurrant liqueur
liquor Burgundy Blackcurrant liqueur liquor “Hautes Côtes de Nuits” 18% vol. This liqueur owes its «exceptional quality» to two indispensable factors. First of all, the good «pedigree» of the fruit: 2 traditional varieties - the Royal de Naples, rich in natural sugar and the Noir de Bourgogne, very perfumed and characteristic to the exclusion of all others. But also to the important «origin» of these blackcurrant berries, which come exclusively from the «Hautes Côtes de Nuits» at the very heart of the Burgundy region. The blackcurrant The blackcurrant plant is a very dense bush, ranging from 1 to 1.50 m high with very fragrant leaves. Its small flowers, red on the inside and green on the outside, form as small hanging bunches, slightly hairy. The fruit, in bunches, are small globular and fleshy with a black colour. «Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits» Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne is an attractive brilliant purple with even deeper purple tints. The nose is highly concentrated pure blackcurrant; the rich texture is of the smoothest velvet. The many-layered front of palate gives way immediately to the vibrancy typical aspect of a fine harmonious blackcurrant liqueur. www.trenel.com Trénel Fils • 33, Chemin du Buéry • 71850 CHARNAY-LES-MÂCON • [email protected] • tél. 03 85 34 48 20 • fax 03 85 20 55 01
