the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa
is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.
Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes,
supermarket, water-park and shops
The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and gaming console and a modern
fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area
which is nicely secluded and offers a pool safety fence for ease of mind if you have young children.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom TV and an en-suite shower, a second
bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.
