Manish Mehta is a Senior Cost Consultant with Altus Group Limited and has
been providing professional services in the building construction industry for
19 years. He is a graduate of the Université du Burundi and holds a Bachelor
of Science in Civil Engineering and a Certificate in Project management from
Mc Gill University.
While at Altus Group Manish has been involved in a variety of projects
providing a full range of cost estimating services. He has strong analytical,
observation and organizational skills and has a wealth of expertise and
practical knowledge to bring to any project. His language skills include
French, English, Gujarati Hindi and Swahili.
His areas of specialization includes: Budget and detailed cost estimating
including building services; pre-contract and post-contract project cost
control; building efficiency studies; value engineering.
Manish joined Altus Group in 2011.

AEECQ
Quartier DIX30, Brossard, QC -commercial lifestyle centre with a total
area of 1,500,000 square feet (139,000 m2) with box retail units,
lifestyle boutiques, hotels, offices and entertainment facilities. Altus
provided the cost monitoring services during the entire construction
phase.

MTS Data Center, Winnipeg, Manitoba—2 storey above grade Data
Centre totaling approximately ±71,300 square feet including planned
capacity of 25,000 square feet of raised floor. Altus provides the
independent certifier and cost monitoring services.

Tour des Canadiens Condominiums, Montreal, QC – 50 storey
residential and retail mixed use condominium development with
555 residential units above a 10 storey podium which will include a
sports bar and restaurant, two (2) levels of amenity space and eight
(8) levels of aboveground parking Altus provided cost monitoring
services.

Delta and Holiday Inn, Montreal, QC—hotel conversion into student
residences of respectively 1294 and 929 beds. Altus provided the cost
monitoring services.

Biodome, Montreal, Qc— Altus provided the estimation services at
the conceptual phase

Cardinal Health, Dorval, QC— single tenant industrial building
288,000 square feet. Altus provides the cost monitoring services.

Sept Aires de Service Québec (ASQ) - The $38.2M project is a P3
initiative between the “Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ)”
and “Société en Commandite Aires de Service Québec (ASQ)” where
ASQ will have the responsibility to design, build, finance, operate
and maintain seven service centres across Québec. Altus’ mandate
comprises cost monitoring throughout the construction phase as well
as the Independent Certifier Role.


storey office building with an underground parking, 209563 square
feet. Altus provided budget validation services.

Montreal Airport Marriott, Dorval, QC – Ten storey hotel with 279
guest rooms. Manish provided the cost monitoring services.

Canadiens Bell Sport Complex, Brossard, QC – State of the art sport
complex including two full size ice rinks, indoor soccer fields, fitness
centre and other facilities. Manish provided the cost monitoring
services

McGill campus, Montreal and Ste-Anne de Bellevue, QC – Manish
participated to the deferred maintenance cost analysis for all the
academic and revenue generating properties of the institution located
on those campuses
