Hello! This is Protext. Protext first appeared on the Amstrad
CPC in 1985, then made its way through several systems and
versions until the final PC version in 1995. In 2008 it was
revised slightly, and released as freeware. You can download it
from here:
http://www.tigerteam.co.uk/protext/
It’s still a fast and capable word processor, if you don’t mind
working with mid-1990s DOS character sets.
