Placing and leveling the bathtub
Mettre le bain à niveau et au bon endroit
Install the bathtub (4) by pushing it completely against
the studs at the back end side of the alcove. Level the
bathtub with the adjustable legs.
The distance between the bathtub deck and the
floor must be 21 1/2" as shown.
Mark the position of the deck on the stud on each side.

Legs adjustment tip: To raise or lower the
leg, rotate it by inserting a screw driver in the
opening between the dents or a long object
such as a 2x4 to turn the legs if you are
having trouble reaching them.

Remove the bathtub from the alcove. Mark an offset
vertical line 3/4" from the vertical leveling mark outside the bathtub on both sides of the alcove.

Install the base (1) by pushing it completely against
the studs. Offset the base by 3 3/4" from the previously marked vertical line. Mark a reference on the
base flange matching the vertical line on the stud.
Mark the floor and drill the hole for the drain.
Installer la base (1) en la poussant à fond sur les
montants de l'alcôve. Décaler la base de 3 3/4 po
de la ligne tracée plutôt. Marquer la référence de
la ligne vertical sur la bride de la base. Marquer le
positionnement du drain et percer le trou.

Remove the clear plastic film from around the drain hole
and threshold before applying silicone. Keep the film on the
base floor as protection until the installation is complete.
Apply silicone around the edge of the drain hole in
the base (1) (surface between the top part of the
drain and the base). Assemble as shown.

Confirm that the drain pipe is centered in the drain
head. We recommend calling a plumber to complete
the drain pipe connection.

With a 3/16" drill bit, drill holes in the base flange then
secure the base to all the wall studs with #8 x 1¼" flathead screws (not included). Pre-drill the flange only
and not the studs.

Installing bathtub skirt

Apply a bead of silicone approximately 3/8" wide 2 1/2"
from the fastening flange, along the base side threshold
which will receive the bathtub skirt. Also apply silicone on
top of the flange on the same side of the base.

la bride carrelage, tout le long du côté de la base où la
jupe du bain reposera. Appliquer aussi du silicone sur le

studs as shown to align it.
