Hi, I write you once more, and copy Maître Uerlings, whose identity was used against his will, presenting

can we understand the possibility I have to send so many mails to Microsoft since the end of 2013,
denouncing the harassment, and the impossibility faced by the first target and victim to defend me? I wish that he will complain on my behalf against Bernard Vergnes in Belgium. I ignore if he can do so.
One thing is certain: he is the only one, in this situation who, living in Belgium, can have organised
this forgery. It is clear that I shall complain against him in France, as soon as possible, knowing that
the postal and ink fees are high, and I must wait, now. No word could express how this situation
disgusts me. July 14, would my complaints have been investigated, there would have been no mad truck
controled from the outside, using the backdoors of Microsoft's products in Nice. No dead ones without

responsabilités dans différentes structures. Je vous ai écrit une quantité de mails ahurissante pour dénoncer un harcèlement dont les conséquences
nous concernent tous, et nous mettent en danger. Ces mails étaient motivés tant par l'absence de

Le traitement de mes plaintes, comme de ma défense dans les deux plaintes abusives enregistrées contre
moi sont une démonstration des plus éloquentes de ce que toutes nos institutions sont perverties,
noyautées de l'intérieur pour les empêcher d'accomplir leur mission. Le principe, me concernant, est que
rien n'est même étudié. Je fais une requête en nullité contre la plainte abusive de la licra ? La cour
d'appel la reconnaît recevable, et la rejette sans apporter de réponse à un seul moyen. Maintient une
présentation de mon ascendance inexacte, me prétendant fille de Roger et de Rey Thérèse, alors que
personne ne connaît ma mère, Jacqueline Guihaumé, sous ce nom ‐premier prénom jamais porté, nom de jeune
fille‐, et que je demande très simplement que mon père, Roger Guihaumé soit nommé. Refaire la liste de
tous les dénis de justice et abus de droit serait lassant. La lecture de l'ordonnance de non informer
reçue samedi donne cependant à penser qu'une nouvelle fois le propos était de tenter de m'imposer
silence par internement abusif : "...s'il est indéniable que Mme Guihaumé est en grande souffrance
psychologique ‐qui dit ça ?‐ l'institution judiciaire n'est manifestement pas le bon interlocuteur pour
prendre en charge cette souffrance ‐et qui donc le serait ?‐" Après l'expertise bidonnée imposée dans un guet apens, sans aucune base légale, les élucubrations sur
une prétendue souffrance psychologique. Comment accorder crédit à une ordonnance qui se fonde sur un
faux, ce que le magistrat ne pouvait en aucun cas ignorer, et qui a donné l'ordre de la prendre ? Jusque là, j'ai dû me défendre seule, et je vous rappelle que je dors avec dix litres d'huile, deux
d'alcool en hauteur derrière ma porte, à seule fin de me protéger contre la tentation de forcer ma porte
une nouvelle fois, comme ce fut tenté le 30 juin 2015. Je le fais, et j'informe de ce que je le fais.
J'en suis là. Bill Gates semble empêché de me contacter et de me défendre, alors que je ne cesse de le lui demander,
que je ne suis pas sous protection juridique, mais que la pratique de me prétendre représentée par un
avocat dans mon dos semble avoir déjà été utilisée pour le bloquer. Ma soeur avocate, Brigitte Guizard,
avec qui je n'ai plus de contact depuis 1995, semble exposée à chantages graves. Comment comprendre que
je puisse envoyer depuis plus de deux ans les mails que j'envoie à Microsoft, dénonçant le harcèlement,
et que le principal intéressé, la principale victime, ne puisse pas me défendre ? J'espère qu'il va pouvoir le faire en assignant Bernard Vergnes, en Belgique. Je l'ignore. Une chose est
certaine : lui seul, dans ce dossier, peut être à l'origine de ce faux. Il est évident que je vais
porter plainte contre lui en France, avec un délai parce que les frais d'encre et frais postaux m'ont
mise à sec. Aucun mot ne dira à quel point cette situation me révolte. Le 14 juillet, mes plaintes
auraient étudiées, il n'y avait pas de camion fou contrôlé de l'extérieur par les failles de sécurité
des logiciels Microsoft. Pas de morts inutiles, pas de blessés en souffrance, pas de familles
endeuillées. Si ce faux ahurissant pouvait mener à un sursaut, que ce pays retrouve le sens des mots dignité et
