Cet atelier comporte des outils concrets de croissance personnelle qui me permettent
de construire des relations interpersonnelles saines et authentiques.
Les prises de conscience m’amènent à développer davantage le sens de la
responsabilité dans mes comportements, attitudes, paroles et dans tous les aspects de
ma vie.

Oui, je crois que cet atelier a fait et fera une différence dans ma vie. D’abord en utilisant
les bons outils que j’ai reçus pendant l’atelier. Je suis plus sensibilisée à ce qui se
passe en moi dans différents évènements et je peux utiliser ce que j’ai reçu pour
m’aider à devenir libre et ouverte dans différentes situations. La vie va grandir en moi et
autour de moi. Ce Retour à l’esprit est un vrai cadeau.

Pas de doute, car déjà dans mon cœur une ouverture, un accomplissement s’est
réalisé. Malgré beaucoup de sessions déjà faites dans ma vie, un cheminement au
quotidien, cette session m’a fait prendre conscience de qui se trouvait devant moi, de
ces bagages que l’on porte inutilement et que l’on nourrit jusqu’à notre perte sans
vraiment le savoir.
C’est comme se baigner, essayer de nager avec une roche accrochée à soi et je peux
affirmer que je pourrai maintenant jouir pleinement de ma baignade, sous le soleil et
laisser pénétrer l’Amour qui s’offre continuellement dans ma vie.
Une invitation, une session qui déballe les cadeaux à prendre, de l’Amour à volonté,
une rencontre avec soi-même dans une ambiance d’écoute, de partage, d’écoute et
d’écoute encore dans l’Amour. L’Amour est au rendez-vous.

Translation: Without a doubt, for already my heart has been opened, something
has been accomplished. In spite of the many sessions already completed in my
life, and the daily growth journey, this session made me realize who was in front
of me, that baggage that we carry uselessly and that we nurture until our demise
without really knowing it.
It is like swimming, trying to swim with a rock tied to us and I can now declare
that I will be able to fully enjoy my swimming, under the sun, letting the Love that
is continuously offered in my life penetrate.
An invitation, a session that unwraps the gifts to be had, Love at will, a meeting
of oneself in a listening atmosphere, an atmosphere of sharing, of listening and
of listening still in Love. It is a meeting place for Love.

Oui absolument car j’ai fait plusieurs prises de conscience qui m’aideront à avancer
vers l’avenir et à vivre le moment présent pleinement. J’ai plusieurs projets dans
lesquels je suis impliquée parce que je les ai choisis. Je ne les vivrai plus avec
activisme mais plutôt avec créativité, choisissant à chaque jour de prendre le temps
d’approfondir mon vécu dans la réflexion et la prière pour être plus présente aux
personnes dans ma vie et pour laisser jaillir la créativité et la compassion de mon cœur.

Translation: Yes, absolutely for I had many insights that will help me move
forward into the future and live fully the present moment. I am involved in
numerous projects which I chose. I will no longer live them in activism but with
creativity, choosing each day to take time to deepen my experiences through

Oui, cet atelier a fait TOUTE la différence dans ma vie. J’ai appris à voir la racine de
mon malheur, j’ai compris pourquoi il y a eu tant de relations destructives. Aussi, j’ai vu
comment ça se transmet de génération en génération et l’importance de faire quelque
chose pour arrêter ce cercle infini de transmission de violence et de malheur.
L’espace que l’atelier a ouvert dans ma vie m’a permis de me construire dans l’amour et
arrêter de me condamner à répéter le cercle du blâme, d’isolement, de rancune.
Bref, cet atelier me permet de me construire comme une personne libre, responsable,
positive. RETOUR À L‘ESPRIT A CHANGÉ MA VIE. Merci! du fond du cœur.

Translation: Yes, this workshop has made ALL the difference in my life. I got to
see the root of my misery, I understood why there has been so many destructive
relationships. I also saw how this is transferred from generation to generation
and the importance to do something to stop the transmission of this infinite cycle
of violence and misery.
The workshop has opened a space in my life that allows me to build myself up in
love and frees me from repeating the cycle of blame, isolation and ressentment.
In short, this workshop allows me to become a free, responsible and positive

C’est la première session que j’anime en français. Je fus beaucoup plus confortable
durant la deuxième fin de semaine où je pus davantage m’exprimer en français où il y
avait moins de traductions en moi de l’anglais au français.
Cet atelier m’a donné plus de confiance en moi comme animateur pouvant animer en
français. Pour moi, ce fut une bonne préparation pour les autres sessions qui vont
suivre.

Translation: This is the first session that I deliver in French. I was much more
comfortable during the second weekend where I was better able to express
myself in French without having to translate internally from English to French.
This workshop gave me more confidence as a trainer in being able to deliver in
French. For me, this was a good preparation for the other sessions to come.

Oui, elle a fait une énorme différence. J’ai apprécié de faire l’atelier en français. Je crois
que j’ai pu exprimer encore plus ma passion pour le travail de RAE.
L’engagement au processus de tous les participants m’a nourri, inspiré et aussi me fait
apprécier encore plus ce que nous faisons dans RAE. Je suis très conscient que c’est
notre partenariat avec les Autochtones qui rend ce programme si puissant.
