car accident patients with up to 50 units of blood, or 50 hip or
other joint surgery patients that may require up to 2 donors for
their procedure, or up to 20 cardiac surgery patients with up to

Before his ascension, Christ gave the Apostles their mission:
« Go into the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation ».
All of us are called to the same mission.
Sharing the gift of faith is central to the Christian life - it is a type of good
stewardship called ‘evangelization’.
« Faith is strengthened when it is given to others », Pope John Paul II.
We have been given new life in Christ.

Les objectifs du parcours
Avant son ascension, le Christ a confié aux Apôtres
une mission:
« Allez par le monde entier,
proclamez l’Évangile à toutes les créatures ».
Nous sommes tous appelés à cette même mission.
Au centre de la vie chrétienne se trouve le partage du
don de la foi; c’est un genre d’intendance appelé
« évangélisation ».
« La foi s’affermit lorsqu’on la donne! »,
Sa Sainteté le pape Jean Paul II.
Nous avons reçu une nouvelle vie dans le Christ.
N’est-il pas important de partager cette vie
avec d’autres?

Exhibit:
In the Footsteps of Polish Pioneers in Manitoba
is a pictorial exhibit, whose purpose is to preserve
the history and memory of the early Polish settlers
in Manitoba. In the areas where these Poles settled,
it was the church that sustained them through the
difficulties of carving out their new lives and left
the most visible and permanent mark on the
prairies. The exhibit raises the awareness of these
settlers’ contibution to, and impact on, the
development of Manitoba culture.
This exhibit runs until June 2nd at the Ogniwo
Polish Museum (1417 Main St.).
Exhibit hours are Tuesdays 7-9 p.m.
and Saturdays from 1-5 p.m., other viewings can be

Catholic Outreach Team:
Do you have a desire to grow closer to Jesus and share the Gospel?
The Catholic Outreach Team is a nine month residential program at the Catholic School of
Evangelization, for young adults ages 18-30. Team members live together in community, and are
challenged to grow in their faith through faith formation, training in youth ministry and through
personal and communal prayer. They will have the opportunity to share their faith with others through
