If you travel by plane, the connection between Strasbourg airport (Entzheim) and the city centre will be
through a shuttle train which leaves the airport/Strasbourg station up to 4 times per hour. The train
journey takes 9 mn between the airport and Strasbourg station. A covered pedestrian bridge connects
the airport to the train station.
The ticket costs 3.50 € and includes the tram fare in town. Taxis are also available for a cost of
approximately 40 € (weekdays).
For those of you staying in hotels in the centre of town (such as Comfort Hotel Center and Hotel de
France), you can either walk from the station (cross the station square, walk down the rue du Maire
Kuss and across the bridge; make a left turn after the bridge: Comfort Hotel is at the corner of the next
bridge and Hotel de France is a few meters farther on the right). You can also take the tram at the
station (Lines A, direction Illkirch or D direction Aristide Briand) and get off at Homme de Fer.
