• Althoughmajorseamsaretapedwerecommendseamsealingguyoutlocationsduetostitchingthroughtape,andany
otherseamswheretapingmaynothavebeenpossible
SET UP
1. Unrollyourtentandseparatethetentfromthefly.Assemble
theframepolesbeingsureallconnectionsarecomplete.
2. Spreadoutthetentindesiredsitelocation.Stakecornerfacingintowindinwindyconditions.
3. Locatethepolesleevesfoundonthetopofthetent.Slide
polesthroughsleevessotheyformanXpatternonthestill
flattent.Inonecornerinsertthecornerpinintothebaseof
thepole.Movetotheotherendofthesamepole,diagonally
opposite,andinsertthecornerpinintothispoleend.Inthis
processthepolewillflexintoahoopshape.Becarefulduringthisprocesstonotoverstressthepole.Youcanrelieve
excesspressurebygrabbingthepolesleeveendandpullto
centerthesleevesoverthemidsectionofthehoop.
4. Repeatstep3withthesecondlongframepole.
5. Attachremainingclipstoframeatthepeak.
6. Tentcannowbestakedinlocation.
7. Spreadtheflysheetoverthetentpositioningthevestibule
overthetentdoorthathasyellowwebbinginonecorneras
thisisthefront.
8. Feedthevestibulepolethroughthevestibulepolesleevealwayspushing,neverpulling.
9. Takeoneendofthevestibulepoleandinsertapinintothe
poleend.Thepinwillbelocatedonthecornerringofthe
tent.
10. Repeatstep9withtheotherendofthepole.Duringthis
stepthevestibulepolewillflexintoahoop.Attachanyremainingclips
11. Attachallfourflysheetcorners,withthehooksprovided,to
thefourtentcornerrings.
12. Stretchoutthevestibulesandstakeoutusingthefabric
loops
13. Oneachsidearepositionssuppliedtopullouttheflysheet
andstake.
14.OntheundersideofthetentflysheetlocatetheVelcrofastenersandwraparoundthetentpoles.
15.Ifrequired,forwindy
conditionsyoucan
usethepre-rigged
guylinestostakeout
formorestability.
TIPS
1. ThesunsUVrayscanbeharmfulevenwithtechnicaladvancesinfabrics.Prolongedexposurecouldresultinfading
andpossiblyfabricdisintegration.Whenchoosingasitetry
topitchthetentinashadedarea.Donotleaveatentup
longerthannecessary.
2. FuelscandamagetentsascanDEETfoundinmanyinsect
repellents.
3. Allmajorseamsarefactorytaped.Overtimeseamscould
experiencedelamination.Simplycleantheseamandapply
seamsealerthatcanbepurchasedatmostoutdoorstores.
4. Avoidstoringyourtentinahotlocation.

1. Déroulezlatenteetséparezlatentedel’auvent.Assemblez
lesarceauxd’armatureenvousassurantquetouteslessectionss’emboîtentàfond.
2. Étalezlecorpsdelatentesurlesitechoisi.Partempsventeux,haubanezlecoinquifaitfaceauventafindestabiliser
latente.
3. Repérezlesmanchonspourmâts,trouvéssurledessusde
latente.Glissezlesmâtsdanslesmanchonsdemanièreà
cequ'ilsformentunXsurlatentequiesttoujoursàplat.À
partird'uncoindelatente,insérezlabrochedecoindansla
basedumât.Déplacez-vousaucôtédiamétralementopposédelatenteetinsérezlabrochedansl'autreextrémité
dumât.Celaferacourberlemâtpourformerunarceau.Ce
faisant,prenezsoindenepasexercertropdepressionsurle
mât.Vouspouvezdiminuertoutepressionexcessiveenempoignantleborddumanchonetenletirantafindecentrer
lesmanchonsau-dessusducentredel'arceau.
4. Répétezl’étape3avecledeuxièmemâtlong.
5. Fixezlesautresclipsàl’armature.
6. Vouspouvezmaintenanthaubanerlatenteausol.
7. Étalezledoubletoitpar-dessuslecorpsdelatenteenpositionnantlevestibulepar-dessuslaportedelatentequia
dessanglesjaunesdansl'undescoins;ceciestl'avantdela
tente.
8. Glissezlemâtdevestibuledanslemanchond’armaturedu
vestibule,toujoursenpoussant,jamaisentirant.
9. Prenezl'unedesextrémitésdumâtdevestibuleetinsérez
unebrochedansl'extrémité.Labrochesetrouveàl'endroit
del’anneaudecoindelatente.
10.Répétezl’étape9àl’autreextrémitédumât.Celafera
courberlemâtdevestibulepourformerunarceau.Fixezles
autresclipsrestants.
11.Àl’aidedescrochetsinclus,fixezlesquatrecoinsdudouble
toitauxanneauxsituéssur
desquatrecoinsdelatente.
12.Tendezlesvestibuleset
haubanez-leausolàl'aide
desbouclesdetissu.
13. Chacundescôtésetl'arrière
delatentesontmunisde
pattesdehaubanagepermettantd'étirerledouble
toitetdelefixerausol.
14. Levestibuleàl'arrièredela
tenten'aqu'uneseulepatte
dehaubanage.
15. Surl’enversdudoubletoit,
repérezlesattachesdeVelcroetenroulez-lesautour
desmâtsdelatente.
16. Partempsventeux,vouspouvezutiliserleshaubansexternesprémontéspouraccroîtrelastabilité.
