L’événement aura lieu le samedi 12 septembre 2015 et se tiendra beau temps, mauvais temps. Un BBQ
se tiendra après le tournoi, commandite d’André Lalonde Marine.
Votre inscription n’est pas complète tant que le plein montant n’aura été payé et que vous n’aurez pas
signé le formulaire des réglements et dégagements. L’ordre de départ des participants sera fixée selon
l’ordre de l’enregistrement et paiement, en autres mots les premiers à s’enregistrer et à payer seront les
premiers à partir.
Nous acceptons les modes de paiement suivants: Argent Comptant ou Chèque à L’ordre de André
Lalonde Service Inc.
Cost: 50$ per person = 100$ per team
Event will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015 and will be held rain or shine. A BBQ lunch will
take place after the tournament, sponsored by André Lalonde Marine.
Your registration is not complete until the full amount has been paid and you have signed the rules,
regulations and waiver form. The starting order of participants will be set based on the order of
registration and payments, in other words the first to register and pay will be the first to take-off the
morning of the tournament.
We accept the following methods of payments: Cash Money or Cheque to the order of André Lalonde

Nous reconnaissons par la présente, les risques et les dangers inhérents à la
pratique de ce sport. Par la présente, nous dégageons de toute responsabilité
André Lalonde Marine, ses propriétaire et/ou représentant(e)s, le comité
organisateur de l’événement ainsi que toutes personnes et/ou organismes se
rattachant de près ou de loin à l’organisation et au fonctionnement du tournoi.
Nous renonçons donc à toute réclamation et à toute procédure légale à l’endroit
des personnes et/ou organismes ci haut désignés pour toute perte, dommage
matériel et/ou blessure corporelle que nous pourrions subir dans le cadre de notre
participation à ce tournoi de pêche et cela quelle que (quelque) soit la cause ou la
gravité desdits dommages, pertes et/ou blessures. Suite à un protest, une
vérification peut être exigée. Par la même occasion, nous acceptons que toutes
publicités et/ou photos ainsi que toutes bandes sonores et vidéos prises avant,
pendant et/ou après l’événement, pourront être utilisés sans redevances à
l’entière discretion du tournoi de pêche mixte André Lalonde Marine.

RÈGLEMENTS DU TOURNOI

Éligibilité
La personne qui n’a pas 18 ans doit être accompagnée d’un adulte (18 ans et plus)
Chaque participant doit avoir en sa possession un permis de pêche valide pour la
province de l’Ontario. Le(s) conducteur(s) du bateau doivent avoir en leur
possession leur carte valide de conducteur d’embarcation de plaisance.
Heures officielle du tournoi
Le tournoi débute à partir de 7h00am lorsque votre numéro de départ sera
annoncé et se terminera à 15h00pm. Vous serez avisé de toutes modifications
aux heures de tournoi à l’avance, si modifications il y a. Le bureau
d’enregistrement sera ouvert à partir de 6h00am pour l’enregistrement.
Nombre d’équipes maximum
Nous acceptons un maximum de 40 équipes pour le tournoi. Les organisateurs du
tournoi se réservent le droit d’accepter ou de refuser une équipe de plus si le
maximum est atteint.
Type de leurres
Pour l’achigan, seulement les leurres artificiels, incluant la couenne de porc
peuvent être utilisés pendant l’événement.
Pour le doré, le live-bait est permis.
Tous les poissons doivent être relâchés dans la rivière après la pesée, sans
exceptions.
Espèces éligibles
Vous devez apporter à la pesée que l’espèce de poisson pour laquelle vous êtes
enregistré, toute espèce de poisson ne correspondant pas à l’espèce pour laquelle
vous êtes enregistré ne sera pas comptée dans la pesée. Un maximum de 5 dorés
et de 6 achigans sont permis à l’intérieur du bateau en tout temps, il s’agît aussi
du nombre maximal de poissons pouvant être apportés à la pesée. En tout temps

durant l’événement, les organisateurs peuvent vérifier votre vivier sur ou en
dehors de l’eau, et toute équipe prise en délit ayant rapport au nombre maximal
de poisson permis sera disqualifiée.
Pénalité
Une pénalité de 4 onces sera imposée pour chaque poisson mort lors de la pesée.
Un poisson mort n’est pas éligible pour le prix de la plus grosse prise. Une
pénalité de 4 onces par minutes sera imposée pour le retard, avec un maximum
de 5 minutes sans quoi l’équipe sera disqualifiée. Toute équipe qui soumet un ou
des poissons de moins de 12 pouces (mesures finales faites à partir du bout du
nez au bout de la queue) verront ces poissons être disqualifiés pour la pesée.
Bateau et moteur
Il s’agît d’un tournoi exclusif à Crestliner, alors seuls les bateaux de marque
Crestliner peuvent participer au tournoi.
Tous les bateaux doivent être équipés d’un vivier qui fonctionne (ou un fac-similé
préapprouvé par les organisateurs du tournoi). Tous les compétiteurs doivent
porter un article de flottaison approuvé lorsque l’embarcation est propulsée par
le moteur initial. Tous les bateaux doivent être équipés d’un interrupteur de
contact que le conducteur doit porter lorsque l’embarcation est en marche.
Chaque embarcation doit avoir à bord tout l’équipement de sécurité nécessaire
pour naviguer basé sur les normes de la Guarde Côtière Canadienne et le Police
Provinciale de l’Ontario.
Assurance
Chaque embarcation doit être assurée et l’équipe doit être en mesure de fournir
une preuve d’assurance sur demande des organisateurs du tournoi.
Vérification des embarcations

Toute embarcation est sujette à une vérification de la part d’un organisateur de
l’événement avant le tournoi. Les organisateurs du tournoi pourront vérifier les
viviers des participants en tout temps sur ou en dehors des eaux durant
l’événement.
Prix
Le montant des prix remis sera déterminé selon le nombre d’équipes
participantes. Le total des argents récolté en frais d’inscription sera redistribué
en prix en argent, la façon dont les sommes seront distribués est la suivante:
La cagnotte totale (l’ensemble de l’argent recueillie par les inscriptions) sera
divisée selon le pourcentage des équipes inscrites dans les deux catégories, soit
doré ou achigan. Donc par exemple, si 60% des inscriptions sont pour le doré,
cette catégorie aurait 60% de la cagnotte totale, le 40% restant irait à l’achigan.
La façon de diviser les argents dans chacune des deux catégories est la même, la
première position(plus grand poids total des prises) aura 50% du montant alloué à
sa catégorie, la deuxième position 30% et la troisième position 10%. Finalement
l’équipe avec la plus grosse prise recevra 10% de l’argent recueillie par catégorie.
Si il y a égalité pour une position, l’argent de la position sera partagée entre les
équipes qui ont un poids égal pour la même position.
Esprit sportif
Chaque membre de l’équipe doit avoir un esprit sportif, être courtois, voir à la
sécurité et à la conservation de la faune. Aucun breuvage alcoolisé ne sera toléré
durant les heures de tournoi. Les compétiteurs doivent se conformer aux lois
provinciales et aux règlements du tournoi.
Plaintes
Les compétiteurs qui veulent afficher une plainte doivent se présenter devant un
organisateur du tournoi avant de peser leurs poissons. Le ou les témoins doivent
justifier qu’une infraction aux règlements du tournoi ou loi Provinciales a été
commise.

Interprétation des règlements
Toute décisions rendues par les organisateurs du tournoi sont finales et sans
recours.
Distance entre les bateaux
Il est strictement défendu d’être à moins de 25 pieds d’un autre bateau qui
participe au tournoi, pendant les heures du tournoi sous peine d’être disqualifié.
Substitution
Un remplaçant est alloué pour le tournoi en cas qu’un participant ne puisse pas
participer.

We understand by the present, the risks and dangers related to the practice of this
sport. We hereby understand that André Lalonde Marine, it’s owners and/or
representants and the organizing comitee of the event assumes no responsibility
whatsoever related to the organization and functioning of the tournament. We
renounce to any claims or legal procedures towards the persons and/or
corporations mentioned above for any loss, material damages and/or physical
injury that we may sustain by our participation at this tournament, and this
regardless of the cause and severeness of the said damages, losses or injuries.
Following a protest, a verification might be required. By the same occasion, we
accept that all advertisings and/or pictures and sonar tracks and videos taken
before, during and/or after the event, might be used without any compensation at
the entire discretion of the André Lalonde Marine Mixed Fishing Tournament.

TOURNAMENT RULES
Eligibility
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or
older)
Each participant must carry a valid fishing licence for the province of Ontario.
Boat driver(s) must carry a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
Tournament Hours
Tournament hours are from 7:00am when your team number will be called and
will end at 3:00pm. You will be advised in advance of any modifications to the
tournament hours, if modifications happens. Registration desk will be open from
6:00am.
Maximum number of teams
We accept a maximum of 40 teams for the tournament. Event organizers reserve
the right to accept or refuse an extra team if the maximum has been reached.
Tackle and Equipment
For Bass: Only artificial lures, including pork rind, may be used during the event.
For Walleye: Live-bait is permitted
All catches must be returned in the river after the weight-in, no exceptions.
Eligible Species
The eligible species for the tournament weight-in are largemouth and smallmouth
bass and walleye. You must only bring the species of fish for which you are
registered to the weight-in, any species that does not correspond to the category
in which you are registered will not be counted in the weight-in. A maximum of 5
walleyes or 6 bass are allowed to be in the boat at any time, it is also the
maximum number of fish that can be brought for the weight-in. At any time
during the event, organizers can check your livewell on or out of the water, any

team caught not respecting the maximum number of fish permitted will be
disqualified.
Penalties
There will be a 4 ounces penalty for each dead fish; and they are not eligible for
the big fish award of the day. The late penalty is 4 ounces per minute, 5 minutes
maximum late arrival taht will result in disqualification. Each fish weighed in less
than 12 inches in length (Measured from tip of tail to tip of nose) will be ineligible.
Boat and engine
This tournament is exclusive to Crestliner boats, therefore the only allowed brand
of boats to participate is Crestliner.
All boats must be equipped with a functional live well (or facsimile pre-approved
by tournament officials). All teams must wear personal flotation devices
whenever they are under power of their main engine. All boats must be equipped
with a functional kill switch that must be worn by the driver of the boat while
under power.
Each boat must have all the necessary safety equipment required to navigate
based on Canadian Coast Guard and Ontario Provincial Police regulations.
Insurance
All boats have to be insured and teams must be able to show a proof of insurance
under demand of event organizers.
Boat Inspection
Each boat is subject to a verification by an event organizer before the
tournament. Tournament organizers may verify the live well of boats at any
moment on or out of the water during the event.

Payouts
The payout will be adjusted according to the total number of participating teams.
All the money collected in registration fees will be redistributed in cash prizes to
participants, read the following to learn how the money will be handed.
The total amount of money collected in registration fees will be divided according
to the percentage of participants registered in each one of the two categories,
which are walleye or bass. Therefore as an example, if 60% of the registrations
are in the walleye category, this category would have 60% of the total amount
collected in registration fees, the 40% remaining would be paid in the bass
category.
The way that money will be divided in each one of the two categories is the same,
the first position (highest total weight of catches) will have 50% of the amount
allowed to his category, the second position 30% and the third position 10%.
Finally the team with the Big Fish (lunker) will receive 10% of the money raised in
each category.
If there is equality for a position, the payout for the position will be shared equally
between the teams who have an equal weight for the same position.
Sportsmanship
Each team member that competes is expected to adhere to the highest standards
of sportsmanship, safety, courtesy and conservation of the environment. No
alcoholic beverages is permitted during tournament hours. All competitors must
comply with provincial laws and regulations of this tournament.
Protest Procedure
Competitors who want to make an official protest must do so by reporting to a
tournament organizer immediately before weighing their fish. Witness must
prove the violation of tournament or provincial rules.
Rule Interpretations
All decisions of the tournament organizers are final and not open to protest.

Distance between boats
It is strictly prohibited to be at less than 25 feets of another boat participating in
the tournament, during the hours of the tournament, or your team may face
disqualification.
Partner Replacement
A replacement is allowed for the tournament, in case that a registered participant
cannot be present for the event.
