Cette plateforme d’e-Learning est destinée à assurer votre formation aux règles applicables au sein
du groupe Zodiac Aerospace.
Les informations qui seront enregistrées à l’occasion de vos formations sont votre identité, vos dates
de connexions et la date d’achèvement de la formation. Ces informations ne sont communiquées
qu’aux destinataires suivants:
Service RH formation de Zodiac Aerospace, société anonyme immatriculée au RCS de
Versailles sous le n° B 729 800 821, dont le siège social est situé 61 Rue Pierre Curie CS20001 78370
PLAISIR ;
Service RH formation de C&D Zodiac Inc., situé en dehors de l’Union européenne, en charge
de l’hébergement et de la gestion de la plateforme d’e-Learning. Les garanties suivantes ont été
prises afin d’assurer un niveau de protection suffisant des données personnelles : le transfert de
données a été autorisé par la CNIL et est encadré par les clauses contractuelles types établies par la
Commission Européenne.

relatives à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés, vous pouvez exercer votre droit d’accès, de

This platform of e-learning is intended to have appropriate training to the rules applicable within the
Zodiac Aerospace Group.
The data which will be registered related to your trainings is your identity, your dates of connection
and the dates of completion of the trainings. This information is communicated only to the following
departments:
- Human Resources training service of Zodiac Aerospace, limited company registered in the RCS of
Versailles under N B 729 800 821, whose head office is situated 61 Street Pierre Curie CS20001 78370
PLAISIR;
- Human Resources training service of C&D Zodiac Inc., located outside the European Union, in
charge of the hosting and the management of the e-learning platform (Learning Management
System). The following guarantees were taken to assure a sufficient level of protection of the
personal data: the transfer of data was authorized by the CNIL (NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES) and is supervised by the contractual clauses
established by the European Commission.
According to articles 39 and following ones of the law N 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 modified in 2004
relative to IT, files and liberties, you can exercise your right of access, rectification or deletion of your
