Project title:
Optimization and Integration on Inventory tools for Global Operation & strategy
L'optimization et l'integration des Operation International à nos outil de suivis
d'inventaire
Main objective:
The main objective is to support Data Management team and Inventory Management
teams to maintain and improve our tools and databases for the integration of
international entity of PWC.
L’objectif principal du projet est de supporter l’équipe de gestion l’information et de
gestion de l’inventaire dans le but de maintenir et d'améliorer le niveau d'intégration
des outils et base de données.
Description:
Work with the Data Management and Inventory Management team to support
inventory optimization initiatives for the GO&S on different aspect of the inventory
(inventory categorization, optimizing cycle and safety stocks, planning parameters
optimization, historical data analysis, etc.)
Work with data management team to support the implementation of data quality
assurance and master data maintenance processes and analytics, and to improve
existing logistic databases to migrate on MS SQL.
Travailler avec le groupe de gestion de l'information et le groupe de gestion de
l'inventaire pour supporter des initiatives d'optimisation de l'inventaire pour les
opérations globales et stratégiques, cela par l'analyse de différents paramètres
(Catégorie d'inventaire, optimisation des cycle et de niveau de stock de sécurité,
Optimisation des paramètres, Analyse Historique, etc...)
Travailler à terminer l'implantation d`un système d’assurance qualité sur les donnée

maitre, de la maintenance des processus et supporté les initiatives d'analyse des
données. Supporter la migration de certaine base de données Ms Acces vers MS SQL.
Daily tasks:
- Support our core logistic team at Accenture on a daily basic in case of issue.
- Supporter notre groupe de logistique a Accenture en cas de problème journalier lors
de la mise à jour de nos outils.

held on 03 Feb 2017 at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueil (except for projects conducted at Plant 22).

Deliverables:
- We expect to get a mostly all of our tool transport in the MSQL Platform with the new
std process.
- Finalize the Quality Insurance Process for our tools and reports
- GO&S integration (Poland) in SIOP inventory tool
