This is a universal procedure applicable not only to all vehicle conversions but also to all polyester parts: Concept applied to
the Iris Viséo surveillance vehicle (Gold medal winner at the 2015 Concours Lépine) and the “Unéole” wind turbine, winner of
the 2015 CCI Grand Nord award. This design contributes to the environmental quality of these products.

L’utilisation des Composites recyclables avec un assemblage mécanique inédit rend facile la récupération de tous les éléments de carrosserie, de
protection ou d’habillages des transformations. Broyés, le composite sert à la fabrication de pièces diverses par injection. Une nouvelle conception et
des matériaux légers (Composite 95% et alu) permettent un gain de Charge Utile de 15 à 22% (soit 100 Kg sur un grand volume)
The use of recyclable composites with mechanical assembly makes it easy to recover all the bodywork, protection or trim parts of conversions. After
grinding, the composite is used for the manufacturing of various parts by injection. A new design and light materials (composite 95% and aluminium)
enable a payload gain of 15 to 22% (or 100 kg on a large volume)

Allégement du véhicule: plus de Charge Utile, économies de carburant, baisse des émissions de CO2, permet d’atteindre + de 95% de
recyclabilité pour un véhicule transformé (60 à 80% auparavant). Protège l’environnement par la suppression de l’enfouissement des
composites. Développe l’utilisation de produits locaux (lin) et baisse celle du pétrole entrant dans la composition des résines polyester.
Lighter vehicles: more payload, fuel savings, reduction in CO2 emissions, enables 95% recyclability to be obtained for a
converted vehicle (previously 60 to 80%). Protects the environment by elimination of composite disposal in landfills.
Develops the use of local products (flax) and reduces the use of oil in the composition of polyester resins.
