NOTE EXPLICATIVE
This Bill amends the Government Organisation Act to

l’organisation du gouvernement comme suit :
 modernize and consolidate provisions respecting
the appointment of the Executive Council and
the appointment, powers and responsibilities of
Ministers, and to make them consistent with the
Yukon Act (Canada).
