Restaurant réservé seulement aux clients de l’hôtel.
Menu varié aux nombreux nouveaux arômes et
saveurs atypiques. Plats préparés avec des ingrédients
issus de la région d’Atacama (pommes de terre pourpres, patasca (soupe traditionnelle), quinoa...) Tous les
plats sont servis avec de très bons vins et alcools.

new aromas and flavors. Dishes prepared using ingredients
found only in the Atacama area (purple potatoes, patasca,
quinoa and chañar). All dishes are served with top quality
wines and spirits.
ACTIVITés/ACTIVITIES
A Awasi, les excursions sont individuelles et privées,
toutes organisées sur mesure pour chaque client.
Chaque suite bénéficie d’une jeep et d’un guide
privé parlant français, à disposition en permanence
pour les excursions. Trek, baignade dans les lagunes,
les geysers, les thermes, observation du ciel étoilé
(considéré comme le « Ciel le plus pur du monde
»), balade à vélo, à cheval, cours de cuisine... et tant
d’autres activités ! Mais aussi massages dans le patio

stop : Jama, located at 164 km from San Pedro de Atacama. From Bolivia,
possibility to arrive through the Bolivia-Chile border stop : Hito Cajón,
