OPEN TO:
Parks Canada Agency considers applications from all students who have legal status to work in
Canada and are returning to full time studies in the fall. Canadian citizenship, permanent
resident status, or work permit can apply. Proof of eligibility must be provided.
SKILLS:
• Knowledge of principles related to video cameras and lenses;
• Knowledge of editing and production software;
• Knowledge of principles related to digital photographic technology;
• Ability to work with the public
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Obtain and maintain Reliability Status security clearance;
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to work shift work, early mornings, evenings and weekends;
Willingness to operate and travel to various locations using a Parks Canada vehicle;
Willingness to wear a Parks Canada uniform.
DUTIES:
• Shooting video footage for Louisbourg 300 celebration activities;
• Editing and compiling videos for Louisbourg 300 celebrations;
• Compiling a photographic record of Louisbourg 300 celebrations.

Obtenir et conserver une cote de fiabilité.
EXIGENCES OPÉRATIONNELLES
Consentir à travailler par quarts, à faire des heures supplémentaires, à travailler tôt le matin, le
soir et la fin de semaine.
Consentir à se rendre à divers endroits et à utiliser, pour ce faire, un véhicule de Parcs Canada.
Consentir à porter un uniforme de Parcs Canada.
FONCTIONS
• Filmer des séquences vidéo dans le cadre des activités prévues pour Louisbourg 300.
• Monter et rassembler les vidéos filmées pendant les célébrations de Louisbourg 300.
• Monter un dossier photographique des célébrations de Louisbourg 300.

2: Apply to FSWEP
Click Continue to complete the FSWEP job application.
In My jobs menu, click on View my job file.
In the section Job opportunity (ies) In Progress, complete all the required information under the
Requirements column.
When the job application is complete, a green check will appear beside each mandatory
requirement.
Do not forget to go to Departmental Programs and check off all the departmental programs that
you are interested in being considered for. If you do not select a departmental program, you will
not be considered for these positions.
Click on Submit Application.
Read the declaration, then select the I Agree button.
Review and select the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
To verify that your application has been successfully submitted, go into your My jobs menu and
click on View my jobs file. Your FSWEP application should have moved from the Job
Opportunity(ies) In Progress section to the Job Opportunity(ies) Submitted section.
