Caricatore automatico universale per qualsiasi tipo
di scorniciatrice senza piano di entrata.
Applicato direttamente all’entrata della scorniciatrice, i
pezzi posti su di un trasporto a catene, vengono sfaldati
sequenzialmente da una pinza pneumatica motorizzata
e da uno o due rulli pressori scelti in base alle dimensioni
ed alla velocità dei pezzi.
La velocità di introduzione é variabile da 0-120 Mt/min
con frizione automatica tramite comando idraulico del
variatore.
Idoneo per lavorazione di tavolame grezzo anche di grandi dimensioni.

Universal automatic loader for all types of
moulding machines without a feed table.
Applied directly at the entry of the moulding machines,
the workpieces, placed on a chain conveyor, are
separated one by one by a motorised pneumatic gripper
and by one or two pressure rollers depending on the size
and speed of the workpieces.
The feed speed can be varied from 0-120 m/min with an
automatic clutch by means of the hydraulic drive of the
speed variator.
Suitable for machining even large-sized rough planks of
wood.
AUTOMATISCHE LADEVORRICHTUNG CM-2/CN- 3
Automatische Universal- Ladevorrichtung für jede
Art von Kehlmaschine ohne Eingangsplatte. Sie wird
direkt mittels einer mechanischen Feststellvorrichtung an
die Kehlmaschine befestigt. Die auf einem Kettenförderer
befindlichen Teile werden eines nach dem anderen von
einer pneumatischen, motorisierten Zange und von ein
oder zwei Presswalzen, die auf der Grundlage der
Abmessungen und der Geschwindigkeit der Teile gewählt
werden, gespaltet. Die Einführungsgeschwindigkeit liegt
zwischen 0-120 m/min mit automatischer Kupplung
mittels hydraulischem Antrieb des Reglers. Die
Vorrichtung ist für die Bearbeitung von unbearbeiteten
Brettern (auch große Abmessungen) geeignet.

Chargeur automatique universel pour tous les
types de 4-faces sans table d'entrée.
Appliqué directement à l'entrée de la 4-faces, les pièces,
placées sur un convoyeur à chaînes, sont séparées une
après l'autre par une pince pneumatique motorisée et par
un ou deux rouleaux presseurs choisis en fonction des
dimensions et de la vitesse des pièces.
La vitesse d'introduction varie entre 0-120 m/min avec
embrayage automatique au moyen de la commande
hydraulique du variateur.
Indiqué pour l'usinage de planches brutes même de
grandes dimensions.
