The new arylic and composite material posterior tooth
Major Plus Comp has an excellent functional precision of
occlusal profiles combined with a modern and natural
aesthetic. Major Plus Comp posteriors are designed in
order to satisfy every technical and aesthetic need. The
teeth are chromatically arranged following the universal
A1-D4 shade guide and they are available in 3 Technical
(T) and 3 High Anatomic (HA) moulds.
Technical moulds are designed with a balanced occlusing
plan following specific geometrical rules. The tooth has a
cuspidation with a geometrical inclination superior to
20° and flat sliding plans. This kind of design assures an
easy and fast antagonists articulation.
High anatomic moulds present an accentuated cuspidal
inclination (between 25° and 28°). The morphology of
anatomic moulds shows permanently “in touch” surfaces
with a consequent decrease of lateral thrust and an
increased prosthesis stability. The natural appearance of
the tooth, characterized by deep sulcuses, enables a better mastication and give the prosthesis a higher mimetic
value.
The use of composite materials in the manufacturing of
artificial teeth has, since years of appliaction, shown a
large range of advantages if compared to traditional
acrylic resins teeth. High superficial hardness, abrasion
and compression resistance, fracture toughness, and
perfect teeth stability even after grinding or prosthesis
polymerization, these are values that guarantee long
lasting excellent performances.
Major Plus Comp is a three layers tooth: the dentine and
cervical layers are in acrylic material in order to provide
a perfect chemical bonding to the denture base; the
enamel layer is in composite material to ensure a perfect
protection to the teeth during mastication, long lasting
dimensional stability and prosthesis balancing, and to
comply with every requirement of the modern prosthetic
technique.

Die Anwendung von Composit zur Herstellung von Zähnen erweist sich seit Jahren als

Die hohen Werte der Oberflächenhärte, Abrasionsfestigkeit, Druck- und Bruchfestigkeit,
sowie die Beständigkeit der Zähne nach dem Beschleifen und der Polymerisation der
Prothesen, garantieren hervorragende Leistungen.
Major Plus Comp, Dreischichtzahn: Hals- und Dentinsschicht aus Acrylkunststoff
garantiert eine perfekte chemische Verbindung mit dem Prothesenkunststoff; die
Schneideschicht aus Composit gewährleistet den kompletten Schutz während der
Mastikations-Phase. Damit wird eine perfekte Dimensionsstabilität sowie das
Gleichgewicht der Prothese auf Dauer garantiert. Major Plus Comp erfüllt alle
Erfordernisse der modernen Prothesentechnik.

L'emploi du materiau composite pour la réalisation de dents artificielles a prouvé, depuis
des années, les nombreux avantages par rapport à n'importe quelle resine acrylique de
type traditionnel. Les valeurs élevées de dureté superficielle, de resistance à l'abrasion, à
la compression et à la rupture, l'inaltérabilité des dents après le meulage ou la
polymérisation de la prothèse, garantissent des performances excellentes.
Major Plus Comp est une dent postérieure à trois couches: collet et dentine en resine
acrylique qui garantit une parfaite adhesion chimique avec les polymères pour
prothése, et l'émail en matériau composite pour obtenir une protection totale de la dent
pendant la phase de mastication, garantir une parfaite stabilité dimensionnelle en
maintenant l'équilibre de la prothése dans le temps et ainsi satisfaire toutes les
exigences de la technique prothétique moderne.

El empleo del material composito para la producción de dientes artificiales ha probado,
en los años , numerosas ventajas respecto a cualquiera resina acrilica de tipo tradicional.
Los elevados valores de dureza superficial, resistencia a l'abrasión, a la compresión y a la
ruptura, la inalterabilidad de los dientes despues el tallado selectivo o la polimerización
de la prótesis , garantizan prestaciones excelentes.
Major Plus Comp es un diente posterior a tres capas: cuello y dentina en resina acrilica
para permitir un perfecto ligamiento quimico con los polimeros para prótesis, y esmalte
en material composito para obtenir une protección total del diente durante la fase de
masticación, garantizar una perfecta estabilidad dimensional, mantenendo inalterado en
el tiempo el equilibrio de la prótesis y tambien satisfacer cada exigencia de la tecnica
protésica moderna.

L’impiego del materiale composito nella realizzazione di denti artificiali ha, da anni,
dimostrato numerosi vantaggi rispetto a qualsiasi resina acrilica di tipo tradizionale. Gli
elevati valori di durezza superficiale, resistenza all’abrasione, alla compressione ed alla
rottura, l’inalterabilità dei denti dopo la molatura o la polimerizzazione delle protesi,
garantiscono eccellenti prestazioni.
Major Plus Comp è un dente posteriore composto da tre strati: colletto e dentina in
resina acrilica, per permettere un perfetto legame chimico con i polimeri per protesi, e
smalto in materiale composito per ottenere una protezione totale del dente durante la
fase di masticazione, garantire una perfetta stabilità dimensionale nel tempo,
mantenere inalterato nel tempo il bilanciamento della protesi e soddisfare ogni requisito
della tecnica protesica moderna.

Major Plus Comp unterscheidet sich durch die funktionelle Präzision der Kauflächen
sowie durch das ästhetische und natürliche Aussehen.
Die Backenzähne Major Plus Comp wurden auf Grund technischer und ästhetischer
Erfordernisse entwickelt. Die Farbgebung entspricht dem universellen Farbring A1-D4
und ist in drei technischen (T) und drei anatomischen (HA) Formen lieferbar.
Die technischen Zahnformen unterscheiden sich durch die ausgeglichenen
Kauflächen nach den präzisen Regeln geometrischer Art. Sie besitzen Zahnhöcker in
geometrisch schräger Form (höher als 20°) mit flachen Gleitebenen. Damit wird eine
schnelle und einfache Artikulation mit den Antagonisten gewährleistet.
Die anatomischen Zahnformen unterscheiden sich durch die betonte
Höckerneigung zwischen 20° und 28°. Die Morphologie dieser Zähne ermöglicht
Kauflächengestaltungen, die untereinander in mehreren Punkten in Kontakt stehen.
Damit ergibt sich eine Verminderung des Seitendrucks und eine höhere Stabilität der
Prothese. Das natürliche Aussehen wird von den tiefen Rillen der Kauflächen
charakterisiert. Major Plus Comp gewährleistet eine ideale Mastikation und gibt der
Prothese eine höhere Anpassungsfähigkeit.

Major Plus Comp se distingue pour la précision fonctionnelle des tables occlusales et par
l'aspect ésthétique naturel. Les Major Plus Comp postérieures ont été crées pour un
impératif de caractère technique/esthétique, la dent se décline chromatiquement par
rapport au teintier universel A1-D4 , est disponible en trois formes techniques (T) et en
trois formes anatomiques (HA).
Les formes techniques sont caractérisées par une table occlusale équilibrée selon
des régles précises de caractère géométrique. La dent possede à dessein une cuspidation
géométrique inclinée (supérieur à 20°) avec des plans de glissement de type plat, avec
lesquels elle s'articule avec son antagoniste, en permettant un engrenage facile et
rapide.
Les formes anatomiques sont caractérisées par une inclinaison cuspidale accentuée,
entre 25° et 28°. La morphologie de ces dents présente des surfaces qui sont entre elle
en contact permanent en plusieurs points avec une importante diminution de la
poussée laterale et l'obtention d'une plus grande stabilité de la prothése. L'aspect naturel
de la dent caracterisée par des sillons profonds de la table occlusale, amène l'amelioration
de la mastication et apporte à la prothése une plus haute valeur de mimétisme.

Major Plus Comp se distingue por la precisión de los planos oclusales y por el aspecto
estético natural. Los posteriores Major Plus Comp nacen de una exigencia de carácter
tecnico/estetico, el diente ha sido calibrado cromaticamente con la guia de colores
universal A1-D4 y esta disponible en tres formas técnicas (T) y tres formas anatómicas
(HA).
Las formas técnicas se caracterizan por un plano oclusal equilibrado segun reglas
precisas de tipo geométrico. El diente posee una cúspidación a dibujo geométrico
inclinado (superior a 20°) con planos de deslizamiento de tipo plano, con los cuales se
articula con su antagonista, permitiendo un engranaje fácil y rápido.
Las formas anatomicas se caracterizan por una inclinación cuspidal acentuada,
entre 25° y 28°. La morfologia de los dientes presenta superficies que estan en
contacto permanente entresi en diferentes puntos con la consiguiente diminución del
empuje lateral y la obtención de una mayor estabilidad de la prótesis. El aspecto
natural del diente caracterizado para profundos surcos del plano oclusal, mejora la
masticación y confiere a la protesis un mas alto valor de mimetismo.

Major Plus Comp si distingue per la precisione funzionale dei tavolati occlusali e per
l’aspetto estetico naturale. I posteriori Major Plus Comp nascono da un’esigenza di
carattere tecnico/estetica: il dente è stato calibrato cromaticamente sulla scala colori
universale A1-D4 ed è disponibile in 3 forme tecniche (T) e 3 forme anatomiche (HA).
Le forme tecniche si caratterizzano per un tavolato occlusale equilibrato secondo
precise regole geometriche. Il dente presenta una cuspidazione a disegno geometrico
inclinato (superiore a 20°) con piani di scorrimento di tipo piatto, con i quali si articola
nel suo antagonista, consentendo un ingranamento facile e veloce.
Le forme anatomiche si caratterizzano per l’accentuata inclinazione cuspidale
corrispondente ad una media tra 25° e 28°. La morfologia di questi denti presenta
superfici fra loro a contatto permanente in più punti con conseguente diminuzione della
spinta laterale ed ottenimento di una maggior stabilità della protesi. L’aspetto naturale
del dente, caratterizzato dai profondi solchi del tavolato occlusale, oltre a migliorare la
masticazione, conferisce alla protesi un più alto valore di mimetismo.
