sans enfant, et l’héritier de ma maison, c’est Élièzer de
Damas. » Abram dit encore : « Tu ne m’as pas donné
de descendance, et c’est un de mes serviteurs qui sera
mon héritier. » Alors cette parole du Seigneur fut
adressée à Abram : « Ce n’est pas lui qui sera ton
héritier, mais quelqu’un de ton sang. » Puis il le fit

and it is from there that we are expecting a Savior, the

CELEBRATING THE EUCHARIST
During this hymn a collection will be taken for the work of the
Cathedral in Downtown Montréal. Please give generously. If you
would like to find out about regular or tax efficient ways of giving

Through our outreach programmes the Cathedral supports many
local organizations which help the needy.
The Cathedral is open seven days a week, between 7.30am and
6pm on weekdays and Sundays, and 11am – 6pm on Saturdays,
for all who want to pray, for all who are looking for peace, a quiet
place to sit and rest, and seek help.

musical content of the service. As such, they are viewed as
part of the liturgy and applause is not necessary as a sign of
appreciation. Our Cathedral singers and instrumentalists are
always interested in discussing our service music with
members of the congregation.

farewell to the Reverend Rhonda Waters and her family
and thank her for her ministry to us as she leaves to
take up her new ministry in the diocese of Ottawa.
