CONTEST RULES

THE CONTEST
NATHAN FIRE UP YOUR RUN QUIZ Contest (hereinafter called the “Contest”) is being conducted by In-Sport Fashions Inc.
(hereinafter called the “Sponsor”) and IS OPEN TO ALL CANADIAN RESIDENTS WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF
MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE. The following individuals are excluded: employees, agents
and representatives of the Sponsor or its subsidiaries, parent company or affiliate company, advertising firm or promotions
agency and suppliers of prizes, equipment or services related to the Contest; the immediate family members (brother,
sister, child, father, mother) and spouse (legal or common-law) of any of the preceding, and; any and all persons residing
with the aforementioned employees, agents and representatives.
The Contest begins at 12:00PM (ET) on September 21st, 2015, and closes at 11:59PM (ET) on October 21st, 2015 (hereinafter
called the “Contest Period”).
How to enter
No purchase necessary. To enter the contest please visit NATHAN PERFORMANCE GEAR Facebook Page and use the Contest
application identified by a specific tab (QUIZ) on that page (https://www.facebook.com/NathanPerformanceGear).
Subscription is free and you may unsubscribe on Facebook at any time. To enter the Contest a Contestant (hereinafter
called “User”) must first sign in through his Facebook credentials, like the NATHAN PERFORMANCE GEAR page, and enter
using the contest tab on this page. To enter, a User must then enter his first name and last name, and a valid e-mail
address. The User must then answer four (4) questions. Answering accurately to the four questions is mandatory to be
eligible for the prize. Users can find tips and clues to the answers in our visibility brochure: http://goo.gl/8KLzLR. By
entering the Contest the User acknowledges that he has read and agreed to the Contest Rules.
One entry per User per day during the Contest Period. The entry deadline is 11:59PM (ET) on October 21st, 2015. NATHAN
PERFORMANCE GEAR Facebook Page will serve as the official timepiece for the Contest. Users who entered can get 1 bonus
entry / other User that clicks and enters from entrant’s shared linked with a maximum of 25 bonus entries.
Prizes
There is one (1) prize to be won consisting in:




one (1) x Nathan Nebula Fire running headlamp: $100 (unit retail value)
one (1) x Nathan Bandolier reflective vest: $35 (unit retail value)
one (1) x Nathan StrobeLight: $15 (unit retail value)
Total retail value: $150
Prize must be accepted as is; is non-transferable, cannot be substituted with another prize, and is non-redeemable for cash,
in whole or in part. Inventory availability is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
In order to win the prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question
to be administered by telephone, and he or she will be required to sign and return a standard Declaration and Release form
confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and Regulations, the Eligibility Requirements, if applicable, acceptance of the
prize as awarded and releasing Contest Sponsor from all liability.
The selected entrant will have seven (7) days to return the Declaration and Release form upon receipt. If the selected
entrant does not do so, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified,
his/her right to the prize will be forfeited and that selected entrant will have no further recourse towards Contest Sponsor
or anyone involved in the Contest.

Prize will be delivered within fifteen (15) days after the mathematical skill testing question is correctly answered and the
duly completed and signed Declaration and Liability Release Form (hereinafter called the “Declaration Form”) is received by
the Sponsor.
The Draw
A draw among all entries will be done to award the prize.
The Draw will be conducted on October 23rd at 9.00 AM (ET) in the Sponsor’s offices.
Odds
The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of entries complying with the Contest rules.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Before being declared the winner of a prize, each potential winner:
a) will be contacted by e-mail by the Sponsor within fifteen (15) days of the selection;
b) must answer a mathematical skill testing question correctly;
c) must return the Declaration Form provided by the Sponsor, duly completed and signed, within seven (7) days of receiving
it.
2. Failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned terms or any other term described herein will lead to the
immediate disqualification of the User. A new selection for the prize will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out
herein, until such time as a User is selected and declared a winner. In the event that no winner is declared within sixty (60)
days of the original selection, the Sponsor can, at its sole discretion, cancel the prize.
3. Within fifteen (15) days of receiving the duly completed and signed Declaration Forms, the Sponsor will deliver the
prizes to the winners.
4. In the event that it is impossible for the Sponsor to award a prize (or a portion thereof) as described in these Contest
Rules and this, by reason of factors beyond the control of the Sponsor or by force majeur, the Sponsor reserves the right to
replace a prize (or portion thereof) with one of the same kind and of equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, with the cash
value of the prize (or portion thereof) as indicated in the Contest Rules.
5. All entry forms and the Declaration Form are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Any entry form or Declaration Form
that is found to be incomplete, fraudulent or damaged, is submitted late, does not clearly identify the User or otherwise
fails to meet the terms set out in the Contest rules shall be rejected, in which case the participant will be disqualified and
will forfeit any prize.
6. All decisions by the Sponsor or its representatives regarding this Contest are final, subject to any decisions by the Régie
des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec regarding any issue falling within its legal jurisdiction.
7. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who enters or attempts to enter this Contest in a manner that is
contrary to these Contest rules or unfair to the other Users, including, the use of scripts, macros or other automated
means.
8. The selected User releases the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their employees, agents and
representatives, from any and all liability for any damage of nature whatsoever whether direct or indirect, consequential or
ortherwise they may incur as a result of the acceptance or use of their prize. Before being declared a winner and receiving
the prize, the selected User agrees to answer the mathematical skill testing question and to sign the Declaration Form.

9. Subject to the approval, if required, of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, the Sponsor reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, interrupt, modify or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, if any intervention
occurs that could taint or affect the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the Contest as described in these
rules and regulations. Under no circumstances may the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies,
suppliers of products and services for this Contest, or their respective employees, agents and representatives, be required
to award more prizes than provided for herein or to award prizes otherwise than in accordance with these rules.
10. By entering this Contest, the winners authorize the Sponsor and its representatives to use, their name, vote, likeness,
statements about the prize, place of residence and/or voice for advertising purposes, without compensation of any form or
nature whatsoever. The name of the winners will be posted on the OSPREY PACKS’ Facebook Page within sixty (60) days
following the end of the Contest.
11. By entering or attempting to enter this Contest, all individuals agree to release the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, advertising
and promotion agencies, and their respective employees, agents and representatives, from any and all liability for any
damage they may incur due to their participation or attempt to participate in this Contest.
12. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organisation of a publicity contest may be submitted to
the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may
be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
13. For the purpose of these rules and regulations, the User is the person whose name appears on the entry form. If said
User is selected and declared a winner, the prize will be awarded to that person.
14. No communication or correspondence related to this Contest shall be exchanged with Users except as provided for in
these Contest Rules or at the Sponsor’s initiative.
15. By registering, the User consents to having his personal information collected, used and divulged by the Contest
Sponsor or agency in charge of the Contest for the purposes of properly administering the Contest. No commercial or other
communications unrelated to the Contest will be sent to Users unless they have otherwise agreed to receive such
communications.
16. The Sponsor will not sell, rent, lease or transmit personal information to third parties except for the purposes of
administering the Contest.
17. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate conduct of this Contest will result in disqualification. All entries
made by robotic or other automated means will also be disqualified.
18. The Sponsor makes no guarantee, express or implied, that the Contest Web site/Application will be accessible,
operational, uninterrupted or free of errors for the entire Contest Period. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any
malfunction in the Contest Web site/Application.
19. In the event that the Contest computer system becomes unable to register all entries during the Contest Period, for
any reason whatsoever, or if the public’s ability to participate in the Contest should be hampered, in whole or in part, prior
to the official Contest end date described above, the prizes draw may be held, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, among
all entries duly registered during the Contest period or Participation Period, as the case may be, by the date of the event
that caused the end of the period during which the public was able to enter the Contest.
20. Should any rule contained herein be declared or judged illegal, unenforceable or void by a competent court, the said
rule will be considered null and void; all other paragraphs not affected by the ruling shall be applied within the limits of the
Law.

21. In the case of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version will be
applied to contestants in Quebec, while the English version will be applied to contestants in all other provinces and
territories of Canada.

Organisé par In-Sport Fashions Inc. (ci-après appelé « l’Organisateur du Concours »), le CONCOURS QUIZ NATHAN
ENFLAMMEZ VOTRE COURSE (ci-après appelé le « Concours ») EST OUVERT À TOUS LES RÉSIDENTS DU CANADA QUI ONT
ATTEINT L’ÂGE DE LA MAJORITÉ DANS LEUR PROVINCE OU TERRITOIRE DE RÉSIDENCE. Les employés, agents et
représentants de l’Organisateur du Concours ou toute filiale, société affiliée, société mère ou apparentée, agence de
publicité ou de promotion, l’organisation juge du Concours (selon la définition qui est faite de ce terme aux présentes), des
fournisseurs de prix, de matériel et de services reliés au présent Concours, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate
(frères, sœurs, enfants, père, mère), leur conjoint légal ou de fait et toutes les personnes avec lesquelles ces employés,
représentants, agents et sont domiciliés ne peuvent participer au Concours.
Le Concours débute à 12h00 (Heure de l’Est) le 21 septembre 2015, et se termine à 23h59 (Heure de l’Est) le 21 octobre
2015 (ci-après appelé la « Durée du Concours »).
Comment participer ?

Pour participer au concours veuillez visiter la page Facebook NATHAN PERFORMANCE GEAR et utiliser l’application du
Concours identifiée par son onglet (QUIZ) sur la page (https://www.facebook.com/NathanPerformanceGear). L’inscription
est gratuite et vous pouvez vous désinscrire sur Facebook en tout temps.
Pour participer au Concours, un Utilisateur (ci-après appelés “Utilisateur”) doit préalablement s’inscrire par le biais de ses
identifiants Facebook, aimer la page NATHAN PERFORMANCE GEAR et cliquer sur l’onglet du concours sur cette même
page. Pour participer, l’Utilisateur doit entrer son prénom et nom de famille, ainsi qu’une adresse courriel valide.
L’Utilisateur doit ensuite répondre correctement à quatre (4) questions. L’Utilisateur peut trouver des conseils et des
indices aux questions dans notre brochure visibilité : http://goo.gl/8KLzLR. En participant à ce concours l’Utilisateur déclare
avoir lu et accepté les Règlements du Concours.
Une participation par Utilisateur par jour pendant la Durée du Concours. La date limite pour participer est le 21 octobre
2015 à 23h59 (Heure de l’Est). La page Facebook NATHAN PERFORMANCE GEAR servira de montre officielle pour le
Concours. Les Utilisateurs ayant participé au Concours peuvent obtenir une participation supplémentaire / Utilisateur qui
clique et participe au Concours via le lien partagé par le participant avec un maximum de 25 participations
supplémentaires.
Prix
Il y a un (1) prix à gagner consistant en:




une (1) x Lampe frontale Nathan Nebula Fire: 100$ (valeur unitaire au détail)
une (1) x Veste réfléchissante Nathan Bandolier: 35$ (valeur unitaire au détail)
une (1) x lumière Nathan StrobeLight: 15$ (valeur unitaire au détail)
Valeur totale : 150$
Les prix doivent être acceptés tels quels et ne sont pas transférables, ne peuvent être substitués à un autre prix ou
échangés en totalité ou en partie pour de l’argent, sous réserve de ce qui est prévu au présent paragraphe. L’inventaire
disponible est à la discrétion de l’Organisateur du Concours.
Afin d’être déclaré gagnant, l’Utilisateur sélectionné doit premièrement répondre correctement, dans un temps limité, à la
question d’habileté mathématique posée par téléphone, et ensuite remplir, signer et renvoyer le Formulaire de déclaration

et d’exonération de responsabilité (ci-après le « Formulaire de Déclaration »), confirmant son acceptation des Règlements
du Concours, les critères d’éligibilité, si applicable, son acceptation du prix tel que remis et dégager l’Organisateur du
Concours de toute poursuite.
L’Utilisateur sélectionné aura sept (7) jours après réception pour renvoyer le Formulaire de Déclaration. En cas contraire,
un autre utilisateur sera sélectionné de façon aléatoire et l’Utilisateur initialement sélectionné sera disqualifié, et tous ses
droits envers le prix révoqués, sans aucun recours possible contre l’Organisateur du Concours ou quiconque impliqué dans
le Concours.
Prévoir un délai de quinze (15) jours suivant la date de réception par l’Organisateur du Concours de la réponse à la question
d’aptitudes mathématiques et du Formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité (ci-après le « Formulaire de
Déclaration ») dûment rempli et signé pour la livraison des prix.
Tirage
Un tirage parmi toutes les participations sera effectué le 23 octobre 2015 à 9h00 (Heure de l’Est) dans les bureaux de
l’Organisateur du Concours.
Chances de gagner
Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations conformes aux règlements enregistrées durant la Période
du Concours.
CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
1. Avant d’être déclaré gagnant, chaque gagnant potentiel :
a) Sera avisé par courriel par l’Organisateur du Concours dans les quinze (15) jours suivant la sélection;
b) Doit répondre correctement à la question d’aptitudes mathématiques posée
c) Doit retourner le Formulaire de Déclaration, qui lui sera transmis par l’Organisateur du Concours, dûment rempli et
signé dans les sept (7) jours suivant sa réception.
2. À défaut de respecter l’une des conditions susmentionnées, ou toute autre condition prévue au présent règlement,
l’Utilisateur sera disqualifié. Une nouvelle sélection aléatoire pour le prix sera effectuée conformément au présent
règlement jusqu’à ce qu’un Utilisateur soit sélectionné et déclaré gagnant. Dans l’éventualité où aucun gagnant n’était
déclaré dans les 60 jours suivant le premier tirage, l’Organisateur du Concours pourra, à son entière discrétion, annuler le
prix.
3. Dans les quinze (15) jours suivant la réception de la réponse à la question d’aptitudes mathématiques et du Formulaire
de Déclaration dûment rempli et signé, l’Organisateur du Concours remettra leurs prix aux gagnants.
4. Dans l’éventualité où il était impossible, pour l’Organisateur du Concours d’attribuer un prix (ou portion de prix) tel
qu’il est décrit au présent règlement, et pour des raisons hors de son contrôle et de forces majeures, il se réserve le droit
d’attribuer un prix (ou portion de prix) de même nature ou de valeur équivalente ou, à son entière discrétion, la valeur
monétaire du prix (ou portion de prix) indiqué au présent règlement.
5. Les bulletins de participation et le Formulaire de Déclaration sont sujets à vérification par l’Organisateur du Concours.
Tout bulletin de participation ou Formulaire de Déclaration qui, selon le cas, est incomplet, frauduleux, mutilé, transmis en
retard, ne permet pas d’identifier le participant ou est autrement non conforme aux règlements du Concours, sera rejeté et
ne donnera pas droit à une participation ou à un prix.

6. Toute décision de l’Organisateur du Concours ou de ses représentants relative à ce Concours est sans appel, sous
réserve de toute décision de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, en relation avec toute question
relevant de sa compétence.
7. L’Organisateur du Concours se réserve le droit de disqualifier une personne si celle-ci s’inscrit ou tente de s’inscrire au
Concours en utilisant un moyen contraire au présent règlement ou de nature à être inéquitable envers les autres
Utilisateurs, incluant l’utilisation de scripts, de macros ou d’autres moyens automatisés.
8. L’Utilisateur sélectionné dégage de toute responsabilité l’Organisateur du Concours, ses agences de publicité et de
promotion, employés, agents et représentants de tout dommage qu’il pourrait subir en raison de l’acceptation ou de
l’utilisation de son prix. Afin d’être déclaré gagnant et préalablement à l’obtention de son prix, le participant sélectionné
s’engage à signer le Formulaire de Déclaration à cette fin.
9. L’Organisateur du Concours se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’annuler, d’interrompre, de modifier ou de
suspendre, partiellement ou en totalité, le Concours si jamais il survenait un événement ou se réalisait une intervention
pouvant corrompre ou affecter l’administration, la sécurité, l’impartialité ou le déroulement du Concours tel qu’il est prévu
au présent règlement, et ce, sous réserve de l’approbation de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, s’il y
a lieu. En aucun cas l’Organisateur du Concours, ses filiales, agences de publicité et de promotion, fournisseurs de produits
ou de services liés au Concours ainsi que leurs employés, agents et représentants ne pourront être tenus d’attribuer un
nombre de prix supérieur à celui prévu au règlement ou d’attribuer les prix autrement qu’en conformité avec le règlement.
10. En participant au Concours, les gagnants autorisent l’Organisateur du Concours et ses représentants à utiliser, leur
nom, vote, déclaration relative au prix, lieu de résidence ou voix à des fins publicitaires, et ce, sans aucune forme de
rémunération de quelque nature que ce soit. Le nom des gagnants seront affichés sur la page Facebook d’OSPREY PACKS
dans les soixante (60) jours suivant la fin du Concours.
11. En participant ou en tentant de participer au présent Concours, toute personne dégage de toute responsabilité
l’Organisateur du Concours, ses filiales, agences de publicité et de promotion, employés, agents et représentants de tout
dommage qu’elle pourrait subir en raison de sa participation ou tentative de participation au Concours.
12. Pour les résidents du Québec, un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite d’un Concours publicitaire peut être
soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l’attribution du prix peut
être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’une intervention pour tenter de le régler.
13. Aux fins du présent règlement, l’Utilisateur est la personne dont le nom apparaît sur le bulletin de participation. C’est
à cette personne que sera remis le prix si elle est sélectionnée et déclarée gagnante.
14. Aucune communication ou correspondance ne sera échangée avec les Utilisateurs, sauf avec les Utilisateurs
sélectionnés pour un prix, à moins que ceux-ci n’aient donné leur autorisation à cette fin à l’Organisateur du Concours et
ses partenaires.
15. En s’inscrivant, l’Utilisateur consent à ce que les renseignements personnels le concernant soient recueillis, utilisés et
divulgués par l’Organisateur du Concours ou l’organisation juge aux fins nécessaires au bon déroulement du Concours. Les
renseignements personnels ne seront conservés que tant qu’ils seront nécessaires à la satisfaction des exigences du
Concours.
16. L’Organisateur du Concours ne devra ni vendre ni louer ni transmettre ces renseignements à des tiers, sauf aux fins de
la gestion du Concours.
17. Toute tentative de nuire délibérément au bon déroulement du Concours se soldera par une disqualification. Les
participations générées par des procédés robotisés ou par toute autre méthode automatisée seront elles aussi
disqualifiées.

18. L’Organisateur du Concours ne garantit d’aucune façon que le site Internet/l’application du Concours soit accessibles
ou fonctionnels sans interruption pendant la Durée du Concours ou qu’ils soient exempts de toute erreur. L’Organisateur
du Concours ne peut pas être tenu responsable d’un mauvais fonctionnement du site Internet/de l’application du
Concours.
19. Dans l’éventualité où le système informatique n’était pas en mesure d’enregistrer toutes les inscriptions au Concours
pendant la Durée du Concours, et ce, pour quelque raison que ce soit, ou si la participation au Concours devait prendre fin
en totalité ou en partie avant la date de fin prévue au présent règlement, le tirage des prix pourra se faire, à la discrétion de
l’Organisateur du Concours, parmi les inscriptions dûment enregistrées pendant la Durée du Concours ou, le cas échéant,
jusqu’à la date de l’événement ayant mis fin à la participation au Concours.
20. Si un règlement est déclaré ou jugé illégal, inexécutable ou nul par une cour compétente, alors ce règlement sera
considéré comme étant nul, mais tous les autres paragraphes qui ne sont pas touchés seront appliqués dans les limites
permises par la loi.
21. En cas de divergence entre la version française et la version anglaise du présent règlement, la version française
prévaudra dans la province de Québec et la version anglaise dans les autres provinces et territoires du Canada.
