PUBLIC NOTICE
AVIS PUBLIC est par la présente donné par le
directeur général / secrétaire-trésorier que lors
d’une session ordinaire tenue le 2 février 2015, le
conseil de la susdite municipalité a adopté le
règlement suivant :
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the
undersigned Director General/Secretary-Treasurer
that at an ordinary sitting held February 2, 2015, the
Council members of the above-named Municipality
adopted the following By-law:

par sa résolution n° 39-15, le règlement n°
920-15 intitulé « Règlement modifiant le
règlement n° 612-03 établissant la
tarification pour l’entretien et l’opération du
réseau de traitement des eaux usées dans
le secteur des chemins Old Chelsea, Mill et
route 105 ».

920-15 entitled “By-law modifying By-law
No. 612-03 establishing the fees for the
maintenance
and
operation
of
the wastewater treatment system in the Old
Chelsea, Mill and Route 105 sector”
AVIS PUBLIC est également donnée que ce
règlement est déposé au bureau du directeur
général/secrétaire-trésorier, sis au 100, chemin
Old Chelsea, Chelsea (QC) J9B 1C1 où toute
personne
intéressée
peut
en
prendre
connaissance durant les heures d’ouverture des
bureaux.
PUBLIC NOTICE is also given that this By-law is
kept in the office of the Director General/SecretaryTreasurer, located at 100 Old Chelsea Road,
Chelsea, Chelsea (QC) J9B 1C1 and are available
for consultation by any interested party, during
normal business hours.
