toen enkele bankiers en industriëlen samen De Belgische
Kredietverzekeringsmaatschappij (Cobac) oprichtten.
Ze wilden de commerciële
ontwikkeling van de Belgische bedrijven bevorderen,
zowel op de thuismarkt als
in de exportlanden. Al meer
dan 75 jaar ondersteunt Euler
Hermes Credit Insurance Belgium de groei van duizenden
creatieve en dynamische
ondernemers. Het 'klantenkapitaal' van die bedrijven
wordt veiliggesteld via drie
sleuteldiensten: de preventie
van het klantenrisico, de inning van onbetaalde facturen
en de vergoeding van commerciële schuldvorderingen.
In 2004 lanceerde het bedrijf
een nieuw innoverend product dat zowel het commerciële als politieke risico op
internationaal vlak dekt.
