paper is about a comparison between UK Civil Procedure Rules enacted on 26th April
1999 and the New Italian Code of Civil Procedure with regard to the different stages of
the "Judicial process". The paper is now published in the Proceedings of the said
Colloquium.

ADR procedures distinct from arbitration: textual similarities and discrepancies in legal
different contexts Published in the Volume "Arbitration texts in Europe" V.J.Bhatia,
