CE QU’IL FAUT PRENDRE
Check-list
Etre prêt pour tout type de temps et préparer le sac toi-même pour être sûr de
ne rien oublier. Il faut des chaussures confortables et solides. Pour les sports
nautiques, les participants doivent porter des chaussures fermées. En effet, les
sandales et les tongs ne protègent pas assez les pieds des pierres, des cailloux
et des obstacles qui se trouvent dans l’eau.
N’oublie pas de mettre toutes tes affaires dans le sac à dos afin que les mains
soient libres pour la marche. Ne prends pas de sac à bandoulière pour
l’utilisation dans la journée. Aussi, ne prends pas de MP3 Player, de jeux
électroniques, de téléphone portable ou trop d’argent liquide.
ÉQUIPEMENTS ESSENTIELS
Ce qu’il faut mettre le premier jour : Shorts, t-shirt, chaussures de
marche confortables et solides, crème solaire

Dans le petit sac pour la journée (sac à dos):
• N’oublie pas ton lunch box pour le premier jour! Si tu le déjeune
normalement à la cantine de l’école, le repas sera distribué dans le
bus.
• Une bouteille d’eau de 1.5 litres
• Casquette
• Lunettes de soleil
• Crème solaire et crème anti-insectes
• Mouchoirs (mouillés et secs)
• Imperméable
• Copie de ton ID card
• Crayon et stylo pour les devoirs
• Appareil photo – facultatif et à tes risques et périls

• Vêtement chaud pour le soir
Dans le plus grand sac
• Shorts (x 3), pantalon léger (x 1) et t-shirts (x 3 manches courtes et x 1
manches longues) – confortable pour la marche: privilégier la matière qui
sèche rapidement.

WHAT TO PACK?
THE CHECKLIST
Be prepared for all types of weather, and pack your bags yourself to make sure
you haven’t forgotten anything. Comfortable and sturdy shoes are a must. For
the water sports sections, we require participants to wear closed-toed shoes.
Sandals and flip flops (slippers) do not offer enough protection from rocks and
underwater hazards and CANNOT be used for these activities.
Please pack all of your gear into a backpack so that you have your hands free
when you are walking. DO NOT bring single strap packs for use as a daypack.
Also, we recommend that you do not bring MP3 players, electronic games,
mobile phones or excessive cash.

Island has some equipment available for purchase - please contact us if you
would like more details regarding these items. Alternatively camping stores in
HK also have the items that may need to be purchased.
