Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your NAPA Proformer Universal Joint is manufactured with all new materials and components and is
warranted by Automotive Manufacturing Group (AMG), 3100 Windy Hill Road, Atlanta, Georgia, 30339
to be free of defects in workmanship and materials and carries a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty
is limited to the original consumer of the NAPA Proformer Universal Joint, and is not transferable.
The Warranty DOES NOT cover: (1) any losses or damage due to misuse, accident, abuse,
neglect, or improper installation, (2) labor claims or consequential damages, (3) claims for personal
injury, damage to property or inconvenience, or (4) products that have been altered.
Replacement Guidelines. In order to receive the benefits of this warranty, you must:
1. Purchase the product through a NAPA Proformer Installer or participating NAPA Auto
Parts Store.
2. Save the original receipt.
3. Return the defective parts, along with the original receipt, to your original NAPA Proformer
Installer or any participating NAPA Auto Parts Store.
If AMG determines that the NAPA Proformer Universal Joint is defective, AMG will provide to you a
like replacement, at no additional charge.
NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED BY AMG TO MODIFY OR ADD TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR COVER THE COST OF ANY ADDITIONAL
COMPONENTS AND LABOR REQUIRED TO RESTORE THE DRIVE LINE SYSTEM TO ITS
PROPER OPERATING CONDITION.
THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF THE INSTALLED NAPA PROFORMER UNIVERSAL
JOINT HAS BEEN MISUSED, MISAPPLIED, CONTAMINATED OR IS NOT A CORRECT
APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NAPA PROFORMER CATALOG.
THE FOREGOING STATES THE ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY FROM AMG FOR ANY
CLAIM, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF A BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. NO
OTHER WARRANTY IS GIVEN.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations
may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

d’un accident, d’un usage abusif, d’une négligence ou d’une installation inadéquate, (2) les frais de
main-d’œuvre ou les dommages indirects, (3) les réclamations pour blessures corporelles, dommages
matériels ou tout inconvénient ou (4) les produits qui ont subi une modification.
Directives de remplacement. Pour bénéficier des avantages de cette garantie, vous devez :
1. acheter le produit d’un installateur NAPA Proformer ou d’un magasin NAPA Pièces d’auto
participant;
2. conserver votre reçu original;
3. retourner les pièces défectueuses, accompagnées du reçu original, à votre installateur
NAPA Proformer ou à tout magasin NAPA Pièces d’auto participant.
Si AMG détermine que le joint universel NAPA Proformer est défectueux, AMG vous fera
parvenir un joint de remplacement sans frais supplémentaires.

RÉTABLIR LE FONCTIONNEMENT ADÉQUAT DU SYSTÈME DE TRANSMISSION.
CETTE GARANTIE EST NULLE ET SANS EFFET SI LE JOINT UNIVERSEL NAPA
PROFORMER INSTALLÉ A FAIT L’OBJET D’UN MAUVAIS USAGE, A ÉTÉ MAL EMPLOYÉ OU
CONTAMINÉ OU A FAIT L’OBJET D’UNE APPLICATION INADÉQUATE CONFORMÉMENT AU
CATALOGUE NAPA PROFORMER.
LES PRÉSENTES INDIQUENT LA RESPONSABILITÉ ENTIÈRE ET EXCLUSIVE DE AMG
POUR TOUTE RÉCLAMATION, Y COMPRIS CELLES RÉSULTANT D’UNE VIOLATION DE TOUTE
GARANTIE IMPLICITE. AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE N’EST OFFERTE.
