To create this program, it is important to:
Have the best tools available
Gather partners to enable good results
The “concertation” (alignment) and the partnership
are at the beginning of every step of the program.
Definition of alignment
“Structured and continuous relationships
between relevant workers who agree to
share information, to discuss specific
issues in order to accept similar objectives
and actions that can enable a partnership
or not.” (Bourque, 2008, p.5).
Definition of Partnership
“A contractual involvement to share
responsibilities, put in common resources and to
divide tasks according to a discussed
agreement.” (Bourque, 2008, p.6)

Make sure there is a need for this kind of program in your
milieu and organization.
Make sure there is a willingness to participate in this kind of
program
Make sure the program can be included in organization’s
mission
Make sure relevant workers understand the program and its
philosophy

Create a lead committee (quickly)
Target partners who are concerned with the cause, have
skills and knowledge that complement each other and have
the power to take decisions in their organization
Take time to get to know each other and to know each
other’s capabilities and discuss with partners their definition
of alignment and partnership
Use efficient communication tools

Define together the individual and common expectations

taken
Make sure there is a formal commitment from all the partners
