1 Conditions de participation
Terms of participation
Le formulaire d’inscription dûement complété et accompagné de
l’acompte de 700 € (non remboursable en cas de désistement)
doit être retourné à l’AEMIC pour valider votre inscription.
L’attribution des stands respectera la règle du « premier inscrit,
premier servi ».
The application form duly completed and accompanied with the
700 € deposit (not refundable in case of cancellation) should be
sent to AEMIC in order to confirm your registration.
Boothes will be allocated according to the rule « first applied,
first served ».

63es JTIC 2012. Il s’engage à se conformer aux conditions de
la présente demande, aux conditions générales de vente, aux
règlements particuliers du Centre des Congrès de Reims, ainsi
qu’aux dispositions figurant dans le dossier technique.
The company asking for its admission as an exhibitor to the
63rd JTIC on 2012 must conform in the terms and conditions of
the present application form, in terms and conditions of Reims
Congress Center and in obligations appearing in the technical file.
3 COMMANDES
ORDERS
Seuls les commandes entièrement remplies, dûment signées et
accompagnées du paiement ou du justificatif de virement pourront
être prises en condération. Cette somme peut être conservée si le
demandeur retire sa participation (voir article 5 «désistement»).
Only orders duly filled-in and signed shall be taken into
consideration.They must be sent with the payment or the copy of
the bank transfer. This amount can be kept in case of cancellation
(see ‘‘Cancellation’’ article 5).

5 désistement
CANCELLATION
Tout désistement après le 17 septembre impliquera le versement
des sommes dûes.
Any cancellation after September 17th means the payment of the
total order.
6 FORCE MAJEUR
case of absolute necessity
S’il devenait impossible de disposer des locaux nécessaires, dans
le cas également où le feu, la guerre, une calamité publique, un
cas de force majeur rendrait impossible l’exécution de tout ce qui
doit être fait pour la manifestation, l’organisateur pourrait annuler,
à n’importe quel moment, les inscriptions enregistrées en avisant
par écrit les exposants qui n’auraient droit à aucune compensation,
ni indemnité, quelle que soit la raison d’une telle annulation.
If it would become impossible to use the required exhibition space,
or if a fire, war, public disaster, or a case of absolute necessity
prevented the completion of all the necessary measures for the
event, the organizer may cancel the orders at any time by notifying
exhibitors in writing; the exhibitor shall not be entitled to receive
any compensation or indemnity in this respect, regardless the
reason for such cancellation.
7 ASSURANCE
INSURANCE
L’AEMIC souscrit un contrat d’assurance garantissant uniquement
les dommages aux biens du Centre des Congrès de Reims.
Cette assurance ne couvre pas la responsabilité civile ni les
dommages aux biens (dégâts, pertes, vols) de l’exposant, qui restent
à la charge de ce dernier. Tout exposant qui s’inscrit atteste sur
l’honneur souscrire à une assurance responsabilité civile.
AEMIC subscribes out an insurance policy that automatically
covers damage to Reims Congress Center property.
This insurance policy doesn’t cover neither the civil liability of the
exhibitor nor the damage in the exhibitor’s possessions (damage,
loss, theft). The exhibitor attests on the honor to subscribe to a
third-party insurance.
8 sécurité des produits et des services
safety of the goods and services
Les exposants certifient que les produits ou services présentés sont
conformes aux normes de sécurité imposées par la réglementation
en vigueur et en assument l’entière responsabilité, sans que celle
de l’AEMIC puisse être recherchée.
The exhibitor certify that the goods or services presented shall
comply with the actual safety standards stipulated rules and have
the responsability of them. AEMIC disclaims any responsability.
9 badges exposant et visiteur
exhibitor and visitor cards
L’accès à l’ensemble de la manifestation et des événements sociaux
du 17 au 18 octobre est soumis au port d’un badge nominatif.
L’inscription et le paiement correspondant peuvent se faire en ligne
ou par courrier jusqu’au jour de la manifestation. Les tarifs seront
majorés à partir du 1er octobre.
The access to the meeting and all social events from October 17th
to 18th is subject to the bearing of a personal access card.
Registration and payment can be made online or by mail up to the
beginning of the event.
The cost will increase from October 1st.
10 Agents de sécutrité
Security officiers
L’AEMIC engage des agents de sécurité durant toute la durée de la
manifestion (montage et démontage inclus).
Il vous incombe cependant de ne pas laisser vos stands sans
surveillance.
AEMIC recruits security guards for all the duration of the meeting
(including booths set up and take down).
However we advise exhibitors to not leave their booth without
supervision.

Photographs and intellectual/trademarks
property
Des photos de vous, de votre équipe, de vos invités, de votre stand
ou de vos produits pourront être prises lors de la manifestation.
Par votre inscription vous autorisez l’AEMIC à les utiliser pour
ses publications et sur ses sites internet, sauf refus écrit de votre
part.
Photos of you, your team, your guests, your booth and your
products may be taken during the event. By your registration and
without written notification, you authorize AEMIC to use them for
its publications and web sites.
