Beschreibung
Das Control Omni Lautsprechersystem ist ein Lautsprecher inklusive Mikrofon, welcher
für den Anschluss an das Umfeldsteuerungssystem Control Omni vorgesehen ist. Das
Lautsprechersystem ermöglicht es dem Anwender, bei Telefonaten zu sprechen und zu
hören, ohne dass dabei ein Gerät wie etwa ein Headset am Ohr angebracht werden muss.
Das System ist vorrangig für die Installation an einem Rollstuhl bestimmt, kann jedoch
auch an anderen dafür geeigneten Orten oder Gegenständen montiert werden.
Befestigung
Durch den speziellen Aufbau kann das Lautsprechersystem auf unterschiedliche Weise
montiert werden. Die verschiedenen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten sind nachfolgend
beschrieben. Das System darf nicht direkt am Ohr anliegen, sondern sollte in einem
Abstand von einigen Zentimetern vom Ohr entfernt montiert werden.

Reinigung
Das Lautsprechersystem kann mit einem mit Aluminiumacetat-tartrat-Lösung,
Chlorhexidin oder Äthylalkohol befeuchteten Wattebausch gereinigt werden.
Alternativ kann das System auch mit einem Wattebausch gereinigt werden, der mit
verdünntem Spülmittel befeuchtet wurde. Nach dem Reinigen das System trocken tupfen.
Warnung!
Verwenden Sie zur Desinfektion ausschließlich Aluminiumacetat-tartrat-Lösung,
Chlorhexidin oder Äthylalkohol!
Diese Flüssigkeiten sind entzündlich und mit Sorgfalt zu handhaben.
Medizinprodukte-Richtlinie
Das Control Omni Lautsprechersystem ist ein Zubehörteil für das Umfeldsteuerungsmodul
Control Omni. Das Produkt wird als technisches Hilfsmittel für Menschen mit
Behinderungen verkauft und erfüllt entsprechend die Anforderungen der
Medizinprodukte-Richtlinie 93/42/EWG. Das beinhaltet unter anderem auch wesentliche
Anforderungen hinsichtlich EMV, elektrischer Sicherheit und Risikomanagement.

Description
Control Omni Speakerbox is a speaker with a microphone to be connected to Control
Omni. The Speakerbox makes it possible for the user to both speak and listen when
making phone calls without attaching any form of device to the ear, like for instance a
headset. The Speakerbox is to be mounted primarily to a wheel chair but can also be
mounted to other suitable places.
Mounting
The Speakerbox is designed to be mounted in several different ways. The different ways
are described below. The Speakerbox is to be mounted some inches from the ear and not
lie against the ear.

Indoors in a dry environment
Cleaning
The Speakerbox can be cleaned with a damp cotton pad with Alsol alcoholic,
Chlorhexidine or ethyl alcohol.
It can also be cleaned with a damp cotton pad dipped in a weak solution of washing up
liquid. Wipe dry after cleaning.
Warning!
Do not use any disinfectant but Alsolsprit, Chlorhexidine or ethyl alcohol.
These liquids are inflammable, handle with care!
The Medical Device Directive
The Control Omni Speakerbox is an accessory to Control Omni and is marketed as a
technical aid for persons with disabilities and it satisfies the requirements of the Medical
Device Directive 93/42/EEC. This includes, for example, relevant requirements for EMC,
for electrical safety and risk management.

Description
Le Control Omni Speakerbox est un haut-parleur doté d’un microphone qui se connecte à
Control Omni. Le Speakerbox permet à l’utilisateur de parler et d’écouter pendant des
appels téléphoniques sans devoir fixer quelque appareil que ce soit sur l’oreille, comme
par exemple des écouteurs. Le Speakerbox est principalement conçu pour être monté sur
un fauteuil roulant, mais il peut également l’être dans d’autres endroits adaptés.
Montage
Le Speakerbox est conçu pour être monté de plusieurs façons. Celles-ci sont décrites cidessous. Le Speakerbox doit être monté à quelques centimètres de l’oreille et ne doit pas
reposer contre celle-ci.

Nettoyage
Le Speakerbox peut être nettoyé avec un tampon de coton humide imbibé d’alcool
dénaturé, de chlorhexidine ou d’alcool éthylique.
Il est également possible d’utiliser un tampon de coton humide trempé dans une solution
contenant une faible quantité de liquide vaisselle. Essuyer après nettoyage.
Avertissement !
Ne pas utiliser d’autre désinfectant que l’alcool dénaturé, la chlorhexidine ou l’alcool
éthylique.
Ces liquides étant inflammables, il convient de les manipuler avec précaution !
La Directive sur les dispositifs médicaux
Le Control Omni Speakerbox est un accessoire du Control Omni. Il est commercialisé à
titre d'aide technique pour les personnes handicapées et satisfait aux critères de la
Directive sur les dispositifs médicaux 93/42/CE. Cela inclut, par exemple, les critères
pertinents concernant la compatibilité électromagnétique, la sécurité électrique et la
gestion des risques.

Beskrivning
Control Omni Speakerbox är en högtalare med mikrofon för anslutning till Control Omni.
Speakerboxen gör det möjligt för brukaren att kunna höra och tala vid telefonering utan att
något sitter på eller i örat, t.ex. headset. Speakerboxen monteras i första hand på rullstol
men kan också monteras på andra ställen där det är lämpligt.
Montering
Speakerboxen är gjord för att kunna monteras på flera olika sätt. Följande beskriver de
olika sätten. Speakerboxen skall monteras några centimeter från örat och inte ligga mot
örat.

Rengöring
Speakerbox kan rengöras med en bomullstuss lätt fuktad med Alsolsprit, Klorhexidinsprit
eller Etanol.
Alternativt kan den rengöras med en lätt fuktad bomullstuss som doppats i vatten med lite
diskmedel i. Efter rengöring torkas den med en torr trasa.
Varning!
Inga andra desinfektionsmedel får användas än Alsolsprit, Klorhexadinsprit eller Etanol.
Dessa vätskor är brandfarliga, hantera dem med varsamhet!
Överensstämmelse med Medicintekniska direktivet
Control Omni Speakerbox är ett tillbehör till Control Omni och marknadsförs som ett
tekniskt hjälpmedel för personer med rörelsehinder och uppfyller kraven i
Medicintekniska direktivet 93/42/EEC vilket t.ex. inkluderar relevanta krav för EMC,
elektrisk säkerhet och riskanalys.
