VADEMECUM – IAME INTERNATIONAL FINAL 2015
This document is only intended to guide drivers and teams through the most important features and is not part of the
regulations. Always refer to regulations and regulations annexes for complete information.

All drivers are kindly asked to carefully respect the official timetable to allow a correct managing of the event. No
exceptions will be agreed for delays.

Driver’s minimum licence: International C and C Junior (X30 Junior) + VISA from the ASN

Maximum 2 engines and 1 chassis allowed.

Only Wladoil Racing K-2T is allowed.

Allowed fuel only from the established gas station and selected pump (see Gas Station document)

Only Komet Racing Tyres K1H o K1W.
Drivers trying to join the track with different tyres will not be allowed to do so.

Sporting verifications are held on Wednesday October 15th according to the official timetable and at established
times for each category.
Drivers not attending the Sporting Verifications will not be allowed to take part in the event.

Technical Verifications are held on Thursday October 16th according to the official timetable and at established
times for each category.
Drivers not attending the Technical Verifications will not be allowed to take part in the event.

The mounting of official phase tyres is scheduled for Thursday October 16th, each category at an established time.
Drivers not mounting their tyres in the period scheduled for their own category, will no more allowed to do so
and will not be allowed to take part in the event.

The vouchers for the official phase tyres (both Slick and Wet) can ONLY be purchased during the Sporting
Verifications on Wednesday October 15th at the organizer’s motorhome. No exceptions will be agreed.

The use of the exhaust silencer (X30 Junior/Senior/Master) is mandatory at all times during the event.

It is strictly forbidden to plant anything at all in the asphalt of the paddock.

Carefully read the Sporting and Technical Regulations and all documents provided by the organizer, and also
published on www.x30world.com/iame.international.final .

Paddock reservation: please get in contact with Joël Cordier or Gérard Lefret, by mail, at the following address :
[email protected] and communicate your requests, especially the size of your paddock area, within October
12th . The paddock of the Le Mans International Circuit (F) is fully paved. It is strictly forbidden to plant stakes or
others in the tarmac. It is at drivers’ or teams’ responsibility to be equipped with anchorage systems for their
tents or structures such as: weights, water cans, straps... Any driver or team planting anything in the tarmac, will
be immediately excluded from the meeting and charged with a fine.

Electricity, water and parking area for the motorhomes are for free and available from Wednesday October 15 th
at 8:00 a.m.

Track access from Wednesday is included in the entry fee

Practicing is forbidden from Monday October 13th included, to Tuesday 14th included.

Drivers not owning an AMB transponder will be able to rent it for € 30. A deposit of € 300 (value of the
transponder) will be asked and returned at the end of the meeting after the return of the transponder. The rental
must be done during the administrative control at the IAME Motor Home. The distribution of transponders will
happen every morning, at time scheduled on the official timing at the IAME Motor Home. Return of the
transponder Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM. Warning ! The transponder is mandatory from Thursday to Sunday. It
is advisable to return the transponder on Friday and Saturday night in order to recharge it and recover it on
Saturday and Sunday morning. The use and the presence of the transponder on the kart is at sole responsibility
of the competitor.


Neck protector is strongly recommended but not mandatory (French Regulations 2014)

We kindly ask to respect all benevoles of the track (Track marshalls, marshalls, etc...). They are part of the staff
even if their duty is often under estimated.

In order to respect the environment and reduce noise pollution, according to the time schedule for each event
day, it is forbidden to start the engines in the paddock before 8 a.m., during the break scheduled for each day
and after the last session of each day.
PADDOCK OPENING HOURS
Monday/Tuesday : 7am to 8pm
Wednesday/Thursday : 7am to 9am and 6pm to 11pm
Friday to Sunday : 7am to 9am and 5pm-9pm
The paddock is big, do not forget to bring your bicycle.
A dumpster is provided for used tires and a washing area is provided to clean your Kart.
It’s forbidden to wash Kart and pontoons in the toilettes. Thank you for respecting these facilities!
For the drivers who will have the honor to be on the podium, the meeting is set for Sunday at 17:15 at the
entrance of the restaurant. Please wear your suit and take your helmet with you.

Ce document a pour seul but de rappeler aux pilotes et aux équipes les informations les plus importantes à retenir. Il ne
fait pas partie des règlements. Pour de plus amples informations veuillez consulter les règlements et leurs annexes

Il est demandé à tous les pilotes de respecter fidèlement les horaires officiels pour garantir le bon déroulement
de la manifestation. Aucune exception ne sera admise.

Licence pilote minimum requise : Internationale C ou C Junior (X30 Junior) + autorisation par la ASN.

Ne seront autorisés que 2 moteurs et 1 châssis au maximum.

Seul type d'huile autorisé: Wladoil Racing K-2T.

Seul le ravitaillement en essence effectué à la station essence et à la pompe agréée sera autorisé (voir le
document Station de Service)

Seuls les pneus Komet Racing Tyres K1H ou K1W sont admis.
Tout pilote qui tenterait de pénétrer sur la piste avec d'autres types de pneus ne sera pas admis.

Les contrôles sportifs auront lieu le Mercredi 16 Avril suivant les horaires officiels établis pour chaque catégorie.
Les pilotes ne se présentant pas aux vérifications sportives ne seront pas autorisés à participer à l'épreuve.

Les contrôles techniques seront effectués le Jeudi 17 Avril suivant les horaires officiels prévus pour chaque
catégorie.
Les pilotes ne se présentant pas aux vérifications techniques ne seront pas admis à l'épreuve.

Le montage des pneus pour la course est fixé au Jeudi 17 Avril suivant les horaires officiels prévus pour chaque
catégorie.
Les pilotes qui ne se présenteraient pas au montage des pneus selon les modalités fixées pour chaque
catégorie seront exclus et ne pourront pas prendre part à l'épreuve.

Les vouchers pour les pneus de la phase officielle (Slick et Pluie) ne peuvent être achetés que pendant les
contrôles administratifs du mercredi, dans le Motorhome IAME. Aucune exception ne sera faite.

L'utilisation du silencieux d'échappement additionnel (X30 Junior/Senior/Master) est obligatoire pendant toute la
durée de la manifestation.

Nous vous invitons à lire avec attention les règlements sportifs et techniques ainsi que toute la documentation
fournie par l'organisateur, notamment sur le site internet www.x30world.com/iame.international.final .

Réservation Paddock : Pour ceux qui ne l’ont pas encore fait, je vous remercie de contacter Joël Cordier ou
Gérard Lefret par mail, à l’adresse suivante [email protected] et de lui communiquer vos demandes et surtout
les mesures de votre emplacement, avant le 12 Octobre. Le paddock du Circuit International du Mans (F) est
entièrement goudronné. En conséquence, il est strictement interdit de planter des piquets ou autres dans le sol.
Les pilotes et teams devront s’équiper en conséquence et prévoir de quoi fixer les tentes et auvents : blocs,
bâches à eau, sangles…Tout pilote ou team qui plantera quelque-chose dans le goudron sera immédiatement
exclu du meeting et devra s’acquitter d’une amende.

Electricité, eau et aire de stationnement pour les camping-cars seront à disposition gratuitement dès Mercredi 15
Octobre 8:00.

Les droits de piste sont compris dans l’engagement.

Les essais sont interdit à partir du lundì 13 Octobre inclus jusqu’au mardi 14 octobre.

Les pilotes ne possédant pas un transpondeur, pourront en louer sur place au tarif de 25 €. Une caution de 300 €
sera demandée. Ils seront disponibles au motor Home IAME. Pour ceux qui ne possèdent pas leur propre
transpondeur AMB, l’organisation proposera à la location des transpondeurs AMB au tarif de 30 €. Une caution
de 300 € (Chèque français ou espèce), valeur du transpondeur, sera aussi demandée et restituée en fin de
meeting, au retour du transpondeur. La location devra se faire obligatoirement durant le contrôle administratif
au Motor Home IAME. La distribution des transpondeurs s’effectuera tous les matins, à l’horaire indiqué sur le
timing, au Motor Home IAME. Le retour du transpondeur, s’effectuera, dimanche, de 14h20 à 18h00. Attention,
le transpondeur est obligatoire du jeudi au dimanche. Il est conseillé de ramener le transpondeur vendredi et
samedi soir, afin de le recharger, et de le récupérer samedi et dimanche matin. L’usage ainsi que la présence
du transpondeur sur le kart est sous l’entière responsabilité du concurrent.


Un tour de cou est fortement recommandé mais non obligatoire (Règlementation française 2014).


Nous vous remercions de respecter tous les bénévoles du circuit (Commissaires de piste, officiels…). Ils font
partie intégrante de la course même si leur rôle est souvent méconnu.

Afin de respecter l'environnement et réduire la pollution sonore, conformément aux horaires prévus pour
chaque jour de l'évènement, il est interdit de démarrer les moteurs dans le paddock avant 8 heures, au cours de
la pause déjeuner prévue pour chaque jour et après la dernière session de chaque jour.

Lundi/mardi : 7h00-20h00
Mercredi/Jeudi : 7h00-9h00 et 18h-23h00
Vendredi à Dimanche : 7h00-9h00 et 17h00-21h00
Le paddock est vaste, n’oubliez pas de prendre un petit vélo !
Une benne est prévue pour les pneus usagés ainsi qu’une aire de lavage pour les karts.
Interdiction de laver karts et pontons dans les sanitaires. Merci de respecter ces installations !
Pour les pilotes qui auront l’honneur de pouvoir monter sur le podium, le rendez-vous est fixé, dimanche, à
17h15, devant l’entrée du restaurant, avec casque et combinaison.
