Accréditation selon ISO/lEC 17025
La Coopération Européenne pour l'Accréditation (EA) est un organisme qui a été créé en novembre 1997 et
qui a été enregistré comme une association aux Pays-Bas depu¡s juin 2000. L'EA est née comme le résultat
de la fusion entre I'Accréditation Européenne de Certificatíon et la Coopérat¡on Européenne pour
I'Accréditation de Laboratoires. L'EA est le réseau européen d'organismes d'accréditation reconnus
nationalement et I'lAF est membre de I'ILAC (Coopération lnternationale pour I'Accréditation de Laboratoires)
et (Forum lnternational d'Accréditation).

(Coopération lnternationale pour I'Accréditation de Laboratoires) est la collaboration
internationale entre différents systèmes d'accréditation de laboratoires partout dans le
monde. L'ILAC a commencé comme une conférence en I 977 et il s'est transformé un
organisme formel coopératif en 1996. En 2000, les 36 membres de I'ILAC ont signé le
MRA ILAC (accord pour la reconnaissance réciproque de de recommandés calibrage ou
essai) ; en 2008, le nombre de membres s'étalt déjà élevé à à 60.
Par l'évaluation des organisations participant, on
a
obtenu des améliorations dans I'acceptation
intèrnationale de données d'essais. De cette manière, on est parvenu à éliminer en outre des barrières
commerciales techniques, comme il recommande et approuve I'Organisat¡on Mondiale de Commerce.
Les accréditations d'ENAC sont reconnues dans plus de 50 pays'étant ENAC signataire des Accords de
Reconnaissance Mutuelle (MRA).établis niveau ¡nternational entre des organismes d'accréditation de de tout
le monde.
La signature de ces accords fait que les produits et les services espagnols qui accèdent à des marchés
externes, avec des certificats émis par des laboratoires ou des ôrganismes crédités par ENAC, voient réduits
de manière significative, et y compris éliminés, les obstacles techniques (sous forme de contrôles ou essais
complémentaires dans le pays importateur) qui peuvent être posés sur ces marchés
Actuellement les pays signataires de ces accords incluent à la totalité pratlque l'UE et d'EFTA, ainsi que les
États-Un¡s, le Canada, leJapon, la Chine, I'Australie, etc.
Ces accords, qui const¡tuent un appui technique au commerce international, promouvant à travers les
frontières, la confiance et liacceptation de I'information fournie par les évaluateurs de la conformité crédités,
sont établis et gèrent dans des organ¡sations.¡nternationales de créditeurs.

Accreditation (EA) is an organization that was established in November I997 and has been registered as an
association in the Nètherlands since June 2000. The EA was born as the result of the merger between the
European Accred¡tation of Certification and the European Cooperation for Accreditation of Laboratories. The
EA ¡s the European network of nationally recognized accreditation bodies and is a member of ILAC
(lnternational Cooperation for Laboratory Accred¡tat¡on Cooperation) and IAF (lnternational Accreditation
Forum).
