Le Calendrier You are going to work in groups of 4 students to make one complete calendar for the year 2012. • This means that each student in each group will be responsible for making 3 complete pages of the calendar for that year. (No duplicate months) DROBAC, 2011 Le Calendrier Each month must include: • The name of the month in French at the top • The names of the days of the week in French, starting with the name of the first day that appears on the French calendar (It will not be Sunday.) • Remember that the names of the days of the week and the months of the year are not capitalized in French. DROBAC, 2011 Le Calendrier Each month must also include: • The name of the one holiday occurring during that month, preferably, one that the French celebrate. • One birthday celebrated during that month, written in the following format demonstrated in class: l’anniversaire de nom OR if the person’s name starts with a vowel: l’anniversaire d’ nom DROBAC, 2011 Le Calendrier The page should also be decorated with appropriate pictures and should be neat and colorful. You can decorate it with hand drawn and colored pictures or clip art from the computer. You can also use stickers if you wish.
