Llability of
municipality
for burial of
veterans
1. In the event of the death of any persan
who was an indigent persan and who was a
member of Her Majesty's naval, military or
air forces in active service during any war
and the burial was provided by and paid for
from the Last Post Fund, the municipality in
which the persan resided at the time of his or
her death shall pay the expenses of such
burial, but not exceeding the sum of $15, to
the Fund upon proof of such burial and
demand for payment made by a properly
accredited officer of the Fund. R.S.O. 1980,

d'inhumation, jusqu'à concurrence d'un montant de 15 $, si un agent agréé de la Caisse
lui en fait la demande en présentant une
