Quebec’s 2009-2010 Breakfast Seminars Program
Saint-James’s Club of Montreal – 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
The Québec District Council of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada is
organizing a series of breakfast seminars for its members.
The 2009-2010 program includes six breakfast seminars, which will entitle member registrants
to continuing education credits at a rate of one credit hour per seminar, applicable to cycle 4
of the continuing education program, which runs from January 1, 2009 to December 31,
2011. The 2009-2010 series will enable members to accumulate a maximum of (5) credits in
professional development and a maximum of (1) credit in compliance. The credit attestations
are issued a few days after the event. The 2009-2010 calendar is attached.

The breakfast seminars will be held at the Saint James’s Club of Montreal, at 1145 Union
Avenue, Montreal, from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. The unit cost of a seminar is $40. However,
members may register for the complete series of six seminars for a price of $200, which means
that one seminar is free. The ticket price includes a hot meal which is served during the
seminar.
