2 – Nous renvoyer votre formulaire complété avant le 28 octobre 2016
3 – Vous inscrire au dîner de remise des Luxembourg ICT Awards (http://gala.itone.lu/inscription/)
avec le code :
CAN5688 qui vous permettra d’assister au dîner à un tarif préférentiel de 200€HT.
Important: code valable sur la réservation d’une place assise au dîner.
Conditions de participation
– Le candidat doit être basé au Luxembourg pour soumettre sa candidature
– Le candidat doit être présent ou représenté le jour de l’événement (1er décembre)
– La candidature aux awards CIO of the Year et ICT Team of the Year est gratuite. La participation
aux autres prix est soumise à des frais de dossier de 100€ HT par candidature déposée.

28 octobre 2016 : Clôture des dépôts de dossiers de candidature
22 novembre : Clôture des votes du Jury
1er décembre: Gala IT One – Cérémonie de remise des Luxembourg ICT Awards

How to participate ?
Each candidate must submit an application for the Award of their choice. You can apply for yourself,
on behalf of your company or suggest a candidate by sending an email to [email protected]
To submit an application to one of the suggested awards, you have to :

2 – I nform our team that you decided to be candidate ([email protected]) so we can help you during the
process and send you all the necessary information if needed.
3 – Send us back your form completed before September 30th, 2016
4 – Register for the Luxembourg Finance Summit (http://www.financemanagement.lu/inscription/)
with the code :
CAN4876 for endusers (free entry)
CAN4587 for services providers and consultants (preferential rate of €200 excl. VAT)
Conditions
– A company or an individual candidate must be based in Luxembourg
– The candidate must attend (or be represented) during the Award Ceremony (November 15th)
– The application to the following awards is free: CFO of the Year, Treasury Manager of the Year, Wealth
Manager of the Year, Finance Team of the Year, Tax Manager of the Year, Risk Manager of the Year.
Other prizes are subject to application fees: €100 excl.VAT/prizes.
