CANCEUATION NOTICE
Conformément aux dispositions de l'article n°10 du marché
N°398/E Lot 2, ayant pour objet les études et la réalisation de treize
(13) pylônes autostables d'une hauteur de 56 mètres, conclu avec
la société AFRIQUE METAL & Communication (Tunisie) pour un
montant de 1.028.579,20 € et 56.058.919,28 DA en toutes taxes
comprises et un délai de réalisation de quarante-cinq (45) semaines.
In accordance with the provisions of the article n° 10 of the contract
N° 398/E Lot 2, whose objective was the studies and the réalisation
of thirteen (13) selfstanding pylons of 56 m high, with the Tunisian
company AFRIQUE METAL & Communication for 1.028.579,20 €
et 56.058.919,28 DA including taxes, for an exécution time of fortyfive (45) weeks.
- Having regard to the 1 formai notice 679/DGMA/2013 published
on the national daily newspapers (El Massa of 26 may 2013 and El
Moudjahid of 27 may 2013) and the BOMOP of the week of 13 at 18
April 2013.

- Vu la première mise en demeure N°679/DGMA/2013 paru dans
les quotidiens nationaux (El Massa du 26.05.2013 et El Moudjahid
en date du 27.05.2013) et le BOMOP de la semaine du 13 au
18.04.2013.
- Having regard to the 2 formai notice N° 79/DG/14, published
on the national daily (El Massa and El Moudjahid on 5, August, 2014)
and the BOMOP of the week of 25 to 31 August 2014.

- Vu la deuxième mise en demeure N°79/DG/14 paru dans les
quotidiens nationaux (El Massa et El Moudjahid en date du
05/08/2014) et le BOMOP de la semaine du 25 au 31.08.2014.
L'Etablissement Public de Télédiffusion d'Algérie (TDA) prononce
la résiliation unilatérale aux torts exclusifs de la société AFRIQUE
METAL & Communication (Tunisie), et ce, pour les motifs suivants:
- Non-respect des engagements contractuels ;
- Non-renouvellement des cautions de restitution d'avance et de
bonne exécution.

The Algerian Public Establishment of broadcasting TV & radio
(TDA) has unilaterally terminated the contract with AFRIQUE METAL
& Communication Company, at the exclusives faults of the latter
for the following reasons :
- Non-respect of the contract engagememts.
- Non-renewal of the advanced lump-surrn payment guarantee and
performance guarantee.
