The company
Auchan has become one of the main distribution groups in the world in 45 years. Since
the first store opened in Roubaix in 1961, Auchan didn’t stop to develop : it now takes
place in 11 countries and employs 175 000 collaborators.
The park is composed of 366 Hypermarkets and 667 supermarkets, which are spread
upon Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Poland, Hungary, Italy, China, Russia,
Taïwan.
The need
Each store’s security is a crucial element in a quality approach. It ‘s used on several
levels, in particular in the theft’s fight, in the customers’ security, in the store’s
technical control (cold group, technical alarm) . AUCHAN was looking for all kinds of
alarms’ concentration integrated system, which could deal with some video equipments
that were already set up.
The result
DIGISYS proposed its MISTRAL supervisor (alarms management and supervision computer
tool) . This supervisor is a real alarm’s multi-station control center. It works with a
Server/Client mode with a database and a multi-user and multi-post access. The software
is completed with some powerful reporting and
Retained Knowledge
A great result for MISTRAL, with 22 equipped hypermarkets. All users daily assess the
software’s reliability, quality and ergonomics. MISTRAL is a supervisor used to
modernize an existing installation thanks to its compatibility with all alarms’ centers
and video matrix’ brands.
