Please note that this gazebo is a temporary structure only and it is not designed to withstand inclement
weather, snow fall or heavy rain.
•
The canopy must be removed if you are expecting high winds or abnormal amounts of rain.
The canopy must also be removed if there is any chance of snowfall.
•
NO open flame source should be placed under or near the gazebo.
•
Please note the canopy is water resistant not waterproof and is not designed to provide shelter from
bad weather

YJSG-201 Gazebo Assembly Instuctions
STEP 1: Insert the Left Beam (C) into the Right Beam (B). Fix them together by using 4 Bolts (K)
(M6x15), and cover the bolts with the Bolt Cap (M). Repeat for the remaining Left Beams (C) and Right
Beams (B) 3 times. See the following figure:
STEP 2: Connect the four connected beams formed in Step1 with four Corner Connectors (G). Fix them
together by using 32 Bolts (K) (M6x15), and cover the bolts with the Bolt Cap (M). See the following
figure.

Step 3: Insert the Lower part of Canopy Spoke (E) into the Upper part of Canopy Spoke (D). Fix them
together by using 2 Bolts (K) (M6x15), and cover the bolts with the Bolt Caps(M). Repeat for the
remaining Lower part of Canopy Spokes (E) and Upper part of Canopy Spokes (D) 3 times. See the
following figure.
Step 4: Place the Canopy Spoke (E&D) formed in Step3 on top of the connected beams formed in Step2.
Insert the Lower part of Canopy Spoke (E) into the tube of the Corner Connector (G). Repeat for 3 times
and make sure all snap buttons are in place. See the following figure.

Step 5: Insert all the Upper part of Canopy Spokes (D) into the Hub (F). Make sure all the snap buttons
are in place. Screw the Hook (P) into the Hub (F). See the following figure.
Step 6: Place the Top Cover (H) on the Canopy Spokes (D&E). Place the hole in the middle of the Top
Cover (H) onto the bolt of the Hub (F). Place the hooks on the edge of the Top Cover (H) into the hook
holes on the side of the beams. Attach the Velcro of the Top Cover (H) onto the Canopy Spokes (D&E).
See the following figure.

Step 7: Screw the Top Finial (Q) onto the bolt of the Hub (F). See the following figure.
Step 8: Insert the Foot Base (N) into the bottom of the Tube (A). Fix them together by using 2 Bolts (L)
(M6x20), and cover the bolt by the Bolt Cap (M). Repeat for the remaining Tubes (A) and Foot Bases (N)
3 times. See the following figure.

Step 9: Line up the bolt holes on the top of the Tube (A) formed in Step8 with the corresponding bolt
holes on the Corner Connector (G). Screw 4 Bolts (K) (M6x15) on, and cover the bolt with the Bolt Caps
(M). Repeat for the remaining Tubes (A) and Corner Connectors (G) 3 times. See the following figure.
Step 10: The nettings is designed to be installed so that it runs on the track inside of the frame posts.
Install by connecting the rings to the netting top and then to the inner track. Make sure the number tab by
the zipper is facing the inside of the gazebo when installed. See the following figure.

Step 11: The sun panels are to be installed using the same method and are designed to be attached to
the outside track system, closest to the frame posts. Make sure the number tab by the zipper is facing the
inside of the gazebo when installed. After the panels have been installed, attach the Velcro straps on the
outside of the shade to the corner post. The assembly is finished.

• Rinse with clean water
• Dry thoroughly
• Treat frame with liquid wax for maximum protection against UV light and sally

and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged by acts of God, calamity or misuse. The extent of the
warranty covers only structural defects to the frame. This warranty does not apply to cushions, strapping, tile, glass or fabrics. If furniture is disclosed to the
Company's satisfaction to be defective during the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace it at its discretion. This service will be performed at the
service center in Woodbridge, ON, Canada.

• Ce pavillon est conçu pour être installé de façon temporaire ; il n’est pas conçu pour résister au mauvais temps, à
la neige ou aux fortes pluies.
• Retirer la toile si on prévoit des vents forts, de la pluie abondante ou de la neige.
• Ne JAMAIS laisser de flamme nue sous le pavillon ou près de celui-ci.
• La toile résiste à l’eau, mais elle n’est pas imperméable ; le pavillon n’est pas conçu pour être utilisé comme abri
contre les intempéries.

1re étape : Insérer la poutre gauche (C) dans la poutre droite (B). Fixer à l’aide de quatre boulons M6x15
(K), puis couvrir les têtes de boulon des capuchons (M). Refaire la même chose avec les trois autres
poutres gauches (C) et poutres droites (B). Voir figure ci-dessous.
2e étape : À l’aide des quatre connecteurs (G), raccorder les quatre paires de poutres assemblées à
l’étape précédente. Fixer à l’aide de 32 boulons M6x15 (K), puis couvrir les têtes de boulon des
capuchons (M). Voir figure ci-dessous.

3e étape : Insérer la partie inférieure de la tige du toit (E) dans la partie supérieure de la tige du toit (D).
Fixer à l’aide de deux boulons M6x15 (K), puis couvrir les têtes de boulon des capuchons (M). Refaire la
même chose avec les trois autres parties inférieures (E) et supérieures (D) des tiges. Voir figure
ci-dessous.
4e étape : Placer la tige du toit (E+D) assemblée à l’étape précédente au-dessus des raccords des
poutres assemblées à la 2e étape. Insérer la partie inférieure de la tige (E) dans le tube du raccord en
coin (G). Refaire la même chose pour les trois autres tiges et s’assurer que les boutons-poussoirs sont
bien enclenchés. Voir figure ci-dessous.

5e étape : Insérer les quatre parties supérieures des tiges du toit (D) dans le pignon (F). S’assurer que
tous les boutons-poussoirs sont bien enclenchés. Visser le crochet (P) au pignon (F). Voir figure
ci-dessous.
6e étape : Placer la toile du toit (H) sur les tiges (D+E). Placer le trou au centre de la toile (H) sur le
boulon du pignon (F). Insérer les crochets sur le bord de la toile (H) dans les trous sur le côté des
poutres. Attacher les bandes Velcro de la toile (H) aux tiges du toit (D+E). Voir figure ci-dessous.

7e étape : Visser le fleuron (Q) au boulon du pignon (F). Voir figure ci-dessous.
8e étape : Insérer le pied (N) au bas du tube (A). Fixer à l’aide de deux boulons M6x20 (L), puis couvrir
les têtes de boulon des capuchons (M). Refaire la même chose avec les trois autres tubes (A) et pieds
(N). Voir figure ci-dessous.

9e étape : Aligner les trous dans le haut du tube (A) aux trous correspondants du raccord de coin
(G). Visser quatre boulons M6x15 (K) dans ces trous, puis couvrir les têtes de boulon des capuchons
(M). Refaire la même chose avec les trois autres tubes (A) et raccords de coin (G). Voir figure
ci-dessous.
10e étape : Les moustiquaires sont conçus pour être accrochés aux rails intérieurs des poutres.
Raccorder les anneaux au haut du moustiquaire, puis aux rails intérieurs. L’étiquette numérotée de la
fermeture éclair doit être tournée vers l’intérieur du pavillon. Voir figure ci-dessous.

11e étape Les écrans solaires s’installent de la même manière que les moustiquaires, sur les rails
extérieurs, plus près des poutres. L’étiquette numérotée de la fermeture éclair doit être tournée vers
l’intérieur du pavillon. Une fois les écrans en place, attacher au poteau les bandes Velcro qui se trouvent
à l’extérieur de l'écran. L’assemblage est terminé.

ENTRETIEN :
• Laver à l'eau savonneuse avec une éponge.
• Rincer à l'eau claire.
• Bien sécher.
• Pour une protection maximale contre les rayons UV, traiter le cadre à la cire liquide.
• Nettoyer le pavillon et le ranger dans un endroit sec lorsqu'il n’est pas utilisé.
