Hotel: Single room 385 € per 3 nights including meals. Double room 305 € per 3 nights per person including meals
Youth Hostel: Double room 230 € per person per 3 nights including meals, Triple room 215 € per person per 3 nights
including meals. Rooms for four or more: 207 € per person per 3 nights including meals.

We need the names of players and delegates as soon as possible and no later than the 15th of June.
Arrival:
If you go by plane, it is possible to go to Hvidovre by train/bus from Copenhagen Airport. However, on Friday we will pick
the delegations up at the airport and bring you to the hotel or to the Youth Hostel by car. Please let us know your flight
number and estimated time of arrival.
If you need further help arranging the trip from the airport, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be happy to
assist you.
If you go by train, we will meet you at the railway station, if you let us know when you arrive.
The Championship:
The Championship will take place outdoor at Hvidovre Pétanque Klub, Byvej 98, DK-2650 Hvidovre, only a short walk from
the Youth Hostel and a few minutes by our car service from Scandic Hotel.

Preliminary Timetable:

Saturday the 18 : The games will start at 9 am.
Breakfast will be served at the Hotel and at the Youth Hostel. Lunch and dinner will be served at Hvidovre Pétanque Klub.

Sunday the 19 : The games will start at 9 am. The final will take place at 4 pm.
Breakfast will be served at the Hotel and at the Youth Hostel. Lunch and Banquet will be served at Hvidovre Pétanque
Klub.

L´arrivée.
Si vous voyagez par avion, il est possible d'aller à Hvidovre en train/bus directement de l'aéroport de Copenhague. C'est
un voyage de 40 minutes.
Nous vous offrons de venir vous chercher de vendredi. Passez-nous vorte numéro de vol et l´heure de vorte arrivée pou
que nous puissions venir vous checher et vous emmener à l´hotel ou à láuberge.
Si vous avez besoin d'aide organiser le voyage de l'aéroport, s'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à nous contacter, nous serons
heureux de vous aider.
Si vous allez en train, nous viendrons vous chercher à la gare.
Le championnat:
Le championnat aura lieu en plein air au club de pétanque Hvidovre, Byvej 98, 2650 Hvidovre (Copenhaque) seulement
une courte promenade de l'hostel - et 5 minutes de l`hôtel Scandic avec notre service d´autocar.

Calendrier préliminaire:
Vendredi 17 août à l'arrivée. Buffet de bienvenue à l'auberge á 19h.
Samedi 18 août: Le jeu débutera à 9h.
Le petit déjeuner sera servi à l'Hôtel ou à l´auberge – le déjeuner et le dîner seront servis au club de pétanque Hvidovre.
Dimanche 19 août: Le jeu débutera à 9h.
Le petit déjeuner sera servi à l'Hôtel ou l´auberge - le déjeuner et le dîner seront servi au club de pétanque Hvidovre.
Lundi 20 août: le petit déjeuner 20 au à l'augerge - Départ des délégations
