WorldTrack : Balise de tracking qui localise le véhicule Assistance
par réseau satellite Iridium. Doté d’un système d’alarme manuel,
WorldTrack permet d’envoyer une alerte ou alarme au PC Course
par pression sur l’un des deux boutons situé sur la balise .
WorldTrack: Tracking unit that localizes the Assistance vehicle by
Iridium satellite network. Equipped with an emergency feature,
the WorldTrack can send an alert or alarm to the PC Course by
pressing one of the two panic buttons on the device.

Montage : Les antennes sont intégrées dans la balise, simplifiant
son installation. Le câble d’alimentation doit être connecté
directement à la batterie. Le WorldTrack doit être monté
horizontalement sur le support amorti dédié, avec la face orientée
vers le ciel. Les boutons d’alarme devront être accessibles et
dirigés vers le pilote.
Mounting: The antennas are embedded in the unit simplifying its
installation. The power cable must be connected directly to the
battery. The WorldTrack has to be mounted horizontally on
bracket with damping system, with the upper side towards the sky.
The alarm buttons have to be accessible and directed towards the
pilot.

sociétés/particuliers avec une adresse hors CE.
Location facturable avec TVA : Les sociétés françaises et les particuliers

New French tax law from January 1 2011: All kind of rental of equipment will be
added the French VAT. Until this date, the territory terminated the exclusion of
VAT. Now, the address of the order taker determines whether the VAT is added on
rentals.
Rental invoiced without VAT: EU companies are requested to notify their
intracommunity number in order to benefit from tax free prices.

Rental invoiced with VAT: French companies and private persons are invoiced with

WorldTrack : 1000 € TTC
Téléphone satellite: 800 € TTC
Une caution est obligatoire pour chaque location d’appareil. Cette
caution doit être effectuée à TDCOM par chèque, virement bancaire ou
carte de crédit et doit être acquittée avant la délivrance du matériel lors
des vérifications administratives.
• Chèque de banque : Veuillez présenter le chèque certifié lors des
vérifications administratives.
• Virement bancaire : Veuillez présenter la copie du virement bancaire
lors des vérifications administratives.
• Carte de crédit : Si vous souhaitez régler par carte bancaire, veuillez
retourner le bon de commande dument rempli avec les coordonnées de
votre carte de crédit. Le montant de la caution sera débité sur votre carte
bancaire pendant un mois à compter du 29 septembre 2012 (lors des
vérifications administratives). Ce montant n’est pas encaissé, mais
uniquement bloqué. Veuillez vous assurer que le montant de la caution
est disponible sur votre carte de crédit. Merci de contacter votre banque
afin d’autoriser la réservation du montant.



A deposit is mandatory for every rental. This deposit is payable to TDCOM
by certified bank check, swift transfer or credit card and has to be settled
before the delivery of the items at the administrative checks.
• Bank check: Please bring the check at the administrative checks.
• Swift transfer: Please bring a copy of the bank transfer as proof at the
administrative checks.
• Credit card: In case you choose to pay the deposit by credit card, please
return the enclosed order form fully filled out with your credit card
details.
The amount of the deposit will be charged on your credit card for a

period of a month from September 29 2012 (during the administrative
checks). The amount is not cashed but only blocked!
Please make sure that the amount of the deposit is available on your
credit card! Please contact your bank in order to authorize the
reservation of the amount.

En cas de NON RESTITUTION / VOL / DESTRUCTION.
La caution couvre également le règlement des pièces de rechange
WorldTrack procurées pendant le rallye ainsi que les réparations SAV. En
cas de détérioration, le montant des réparations sera retenu sur la
caution, susceptible d’encaissement sous 60 jours après la fin du rallye.
Tout matériel non restitué avant le 6 octobre 2012 sera facturé 76 € HT
par semaine de retard.
In case of NO RETURN / THEFT / DESTRUCTION.
The deposit also covers the payment of Iritrack spare parts requested
during the rally as well as After Use Maintenance. In case of damages, the
amount of the repairs is likely to be cashed from the deposit within 60
days from the end of the rally.

Devices that are not restored before October 6 2012 will be invoiced 76
€ per week of delay.

Les accessoires WorldTrack seront expédiés dans un délai de 10 jours
suivant la réception de votre commande assortie de votre règlement.
Le WorldTrack, le téléphone satellite ainsi que commandes de kits
d’installation vous seront remis lors les vérifications administratives.
The Iritrack mounting accessories will be shipped within 10 days following
the reception of your order and payment.
Restitution des matériels
Return of Equipment
La restitution du WorldTrack et du téléphone satellite s’effectuera lors de
l’arrivée du rallye ou aux bivouacs en cas d’abandon prématuré, au
personnel TDCOM. Pour toute restitution définitive le client devra exiger
un reçu du technicien auquel il remettra l’appareil. Faute de ce reçu
aucune caution ne pourra être restituée. En cas de restitution pour
dysfonctionnement, le concurrent devra également exiger un reçu
mentionnant l’origine apparente de la défaillance de l’appareil ainsi que
son état extérieur.
The return of the WorldTrack and sat phone will be made at the arrival of
the rally or at bivouacs in case of premature withdrawal to the staff
TDCOM. For any definitive restoration the customer will have to require a
receipt from the technician to whom he will hand the device. For lack of
this receipt no deposit can be restored. In case of restoration for
dysfunction, the competitor will also have to require a receipt mentioning
the visible origin of the failing of the device as well as its outside state.
The WorldTrack, sat phone and orders of installation kits will be handed
to you at the administrative checks.
