Welcome to this apartment.
We wish you a very enjoyable stay !
We are happy to welcome you into our house.
So that everyone feels comfortable here, we ask you to please respect the
following simple rules :
This house is peaceful and should stay that way. If you wish to
welcome friends or organise a party, kindly let us and the other renters know
in advance.
Energy and water are precious and costly. We ask you to take care and avoid
all waste. Limit the length of the showers you have and do not use it after
10:00 p.m. Please, lower or turn off heating when you are absent.
Exceptionally if you wish to have a friend stay over night, please let us
know. A 15 € fee will be charged, as noted in the lease.
We also ask you to respect the household linen put at your disposal (bedlinen,
bath and kitchen towels), and to change and wash the sheets when needed.
Please make sure that the entrance door to the house is securely locked each
time you come in and go out.
If there is a problem - whatever - please, let us know as soon as possible. Do
not try to solve it by yourself.
You’ll find in this folder, a leaflet concerning the waste collection.
The house is a non-smoking area.

* We do reserve us the right to check the heating system does not operate unnecessarily
when you are absent.
