RULES: The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing and
The Prescriptions of the French Sailing Federation,
The SNIPE Class Rules,
The sailing instructions available on the event,
The police rules of the lake d'Orient.
ADVERTISING: Advertising will be Category "C", in accordance with ISAF Regulation 20.

Each crew shall give at the Registration Office: Racing Licence and/or insurance. Insurance certificate
Sailing Instructions will be available at the moment of the registration.
INSURANCE : Each crew must hold a third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of 1.5 million Euros. The document
shown shall be the original issued by the insurance company.
MEASUREMENT CERTIFICATES: Each boat shall present a valid measurement certificate at the time of Registration.
ENTRY FEE: 40€ per boat until march 25th (after this date 50€). Payable directly to the CNHS during registration.
SCHEDULE:
Saturday March 31th
10h to 13h: Reception and Registration at the first floor.
14h30: Warning Signal Race.
20h30: Special Dinner (25€/p)
Sunday April 1st
11h: Warning Signal Race.
16h: Prize Giving.
COURSE:
A Windward-Leeward Course or a Windward-Leeward-Triangle Course.
SCORING: The Low Point System of Appendix A will apply. Maximum 8 races.
3 races must be completed to constitute a series.

in the regatta organisation regatta organization do no accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury which may occur to person or property, both ashore and afloat, as a consequence of participation in the Championship.
