Thématique de Recherche :
Identification, localisation, évaluation et suivi des habitats écologiques essentiels et
de leur fonction pour les poissons côtiers dans le cadre des perturbations d’origine
anthropique (changement global, invasions biologiques…). Les stratégies d’utilisation
de ces habitats sont étudiées à travers les traits d’histoire de vie des espèces et
dans le cadre des réseaux trophiques qui les impliquent. Divers outils comme la
schlérochronologie, la microchimie des otolithes, les isotopes stables et les parasites
sont utilisés comme traceurs environnementaux.
